It's bleeping evil.
Edited to add, I'm not sorry for saying that either.

two thirds were male to female. Can anyone who supports this ideology explain why? I’d be interested to know the age demographic!
It'll be the poor old 50yr old men who absolutely knew they were girls from age 3, or some such tit.
They can gtf, propping this up for their fetish.

Changing a Birth Certificate. Sexed Biologically at Birth.

Your sex is immutable . DNA. . It's in every cell in your body. Internal organs as well. How you " present" , is gender choice if you want to change your gender.

I'm pig-sick of all this bull & nastiness enablement.

Even if a person later “changes legal gender”, a birth certificate should never be altered. This is simple lying on official documents.

Exactly if they really have to do it then they should record both the biological sex and the gender. They shouldn't just erase the biological sex - it's an immutable fact.

Under these new laws two same-sex parents or just the term 'parent' can also be listed on a birth certificate for a child - less than 10 applications have been filed for this so far.

This is also going to affect the birth certificates of innocent children. Presumably this means some children won’t have a mother on their certificate. Wonder if it will allow a man to be listed as a mother? Or like Freddy McConnell wishes… mother changed to father?

Absolutely, a birth certificate lists sex, not, an insane made up ideology.

It's so awful, the butchery needs to stop.
There's times I've thought of not campaigning anymore, keeping my mouth shut and my head down as it's not been easy losing friends, but then I read things like this and know it's just too important to let go.
This thread is a great place of sanity.
Genuine question, what can I do? My son rightly called me out recently “you’re making no difference Mother, all you do is rant online and buy a few stickers” Gee thanks son 🫣😭

Recommend attending a LWS event if one is held in your area in the future and if there's a locals group to join.

As many events as you can, I appreciate they aren't always nearby.
Sign petitions, write to MPs etc.

If we're changing birth certificates, I want one that says I was born earlier, so that I can claim my state retirement pension. I assume that won't be a problem?

I want one that says I'm 25, I expect to be treated as if I'm 25, and if anyone doesn't I'll have a tantrum and consider it a hate crime.
The daft thing is, I know what it's like to be 25, as I once was, men have never been women

ETA I'm gonna start identifying as a war vet. That'll really rile up the lefty men calling women "terf bleeps" on my FB.

I don't get called names on my FB anymore, mainly because they all unfriended/blocked me, even friends of over 20 years.
I'm still right though!

I talk about the issue as often as I can, in different social groups (family / friends / acquaintances) even if I’m not sure how the people I’m with will react. It’s surprising how many aren’t really aware of the impact of gender ideology on women, children and LGB people; how it’s infiltrating schools, the media and public institutions. Many don’t see beyond a flag flying showing solidarity with a ‘minority’ group.

The other day, I met up with an acquaintance I see about twice a year as our sons were friends in primary school. I was saying how I’m still on the school’s email list so get the weekly newsletter and how I’ve noticed books like Grandad’s Pride (by Harry Woodgate, they/them) depicting characters with ‘top surgery’ scars and men in bondage gear, are recommended for infants. She’d never heard of it, so I explained and she was horrified. It happens that she is friends with one of the SLT, who she said would be deeply shocked if she realised such books were being recommended, so will mention it when she sees her. This person also works in a (different) school so will now be keeping an eye out for similar books there.

I think the more people who are informed about the negative consequences of gender ideology, the better. They will then have the opportunity to talk to their own social groups and so more people will be peaked. I’ve also come across people who think it’s gay people pushing this agenda due to the false teaming of the rest of the alphabet with LGB, so I think it’s important to point out that the ideology has nothing to do with LGB, who simply wanted equal rights on a par with heterosexuals, and that many gay people want nothing to do with GI.

I hope they're looking forward to all of the life-threatening sex-related conditions they develop being missed until it is too late.

And that the hospitals are looking forward to carrying out examinations for sex-related conditions on people who don't possess the appropriate organs, just so some AGP can get their jollies by having a "cervical smear".

What a bleeping farce!

I’ve thought for years that two certificates should be done at birth.

The first is a completely factual document for medical purposes and has no legal bearing. It simple has the biological parents, biological sex, date of birth etc etc.

The second being a legally binding document but subject to change. Ie, the legal parents with parental responsibility, and (even though I completely disagree with it!!) legal gender.

I completely understand there are reasons why only one parent on the birth certificate, for example women not putting a deadbeat/abusive father on because it’s a way for the father to continue exerting control when they have no relationship. But I still believe for the sake of medical accuracy it should be recorded. Having two documents would solve this.
