The WHO are also pushing to make themselves the sole global health authority, with nobody else allowed to give conflicting advice. Their advice will be written by an unelected group of scientists and advisors, with no process to challenge their decisions and demands. They want to be solely responsible for nation's responses to emergencies, including giving people experimental medical treatments (ie, untested or poorly tested vaccines). They've re-written their guidance to get rid of the parts that said about treatment being consensual, and with respect for people's beliefs and preferences.

It's extremely dangerous, and politicians will vote on signing up to it in May, when we're all distracted by the general election and whatever other tit is going on by then.

I wouldn't trust anything sourced through John Campbell.

I’m 27, held my views for a long time

My issue is where do schools etc draw the line in respecting kids wishes. When I was young I absolutely hated being black, I wanted to be white, or light skin. I hated my hair, my nose everything. I got given books about famous black women like Oprah and Denise Lewis, how Jamaica (that’s where I’m from) thrives in the Olympics, was that wrong? Should I have been told to bleach my skin and have a referral for rhinoplasty on the NHS?
My own daughters had struggles with how she views herself and was taught to love herself for her, love her culture and her heritage. That’s what we should be doing, not just getting the shovel everytime a child says tit
I’m 40 and when I was a teenager I wanted to BE Lauryn Hill! I thought she was the most beautiful woman I’d ever seen! Not the same thing but it’s wild how we all want the opposite of what we have at some point.

My friend works at Amazon (UK) and told me there was a bit of upset there because security wouldn't allow a trans woman (HGV driver) to use the female bathrooms recently. I wonder if they have a policy or this was down to the individual security guard.
I've a friend who works for one of the big banks and they've brought in gender neutral, aka mixed sex toilets, she mainly works from home but tells me the everyone hates the toilets now when in the office, because of a couple of men with the short skirts etc.
Honestly I hate AGPs.

I saw this too and (didn’t comment because some people on there are v TRA positive) and thought that surely you’d accommodate the majority rather than one person. Ridiculous to potentially spend time and money redoing the toilets to appease one person.
Wasn't it protocol for the Queen to have a toilet built / designated for her own use at places where there was a royal visit? The obvious solution is for this person to identify as the Monarch.

I hadn't heard of toilets being built 😄 this doesn't sound very feasible but Charles is known to take his own toilet seat with him when he stays somewhere.

A few days ago I posted a link to research which suggested that sex was a better predictor of athletic performance that gender.

Here's a Twitter thread by one of the authors outlining why such obvious research is needed:

TL;DR: The lunatics are in charge.

We're lucky to have so many level-headed women to stand up for us in the media. Helen Joyce, Maya Forstater, Julie Bindel to name a few always come across exceptionally well in my opinion.

We just need the mainstream to get behind us more.

"Female Olympians would never win a gold medal again if they had to compete against transgender athletes, World Athletics president Seb Coe has said.
Lord Coe suggested in a new interview the gap is so large that females competing at the Olympics wouldn't stand a chance against trans women.
The president of the sports governing body - who last year announced a ban on trans women from female competitions - says the matter is 'very clear cut'.
Speaking on the Up Front podcast, Lord Coe, 67, said: 'The decision (to ban transgender athletes) ultimately was based on one very simple proposition - I am elected to protect the female category and if I don't do that no woman will ever win another (medal) again.' "
