Speaking of the Sam Smith story, the BBC story was so funny. So many “theys” and “theirs” the sentences lose all meaning 😅

The comments on this tweet!🤣

And my first thought when I read the headline was - how have fans managed to cancel a string of gigs? Not being snide, that's how my brain interpreted it. I honestly had to read it three times before I realised "they" meant "he".

Loved reading the comments though!

This is the ridiculous thing about pronouns (ok, one of them lol). If a few people do it, it’s silly but you can cope with it. If everyone starts claiming strange pronouns, language will quickly cease to make any sense at all!

I can’t believe how quickly she peaked. She started off all sweet and nice and respecting pronouns, now she’s a proper TERF.

In another tweet she calls trans women “failed men who opted out of manhood because they can’t handle it” 🎉
Has anyone read the comments on that post? She explains how a TIM messaged her to say she doesn’t pass as a woman and how she wasn’t qualified to speak on behalf of women anymore. As if a men with a fetish is 🤢

What have the benefits of being agreeable and accommodating to trans people been for women and girls?
Oh believe me, I don’t think we ever should have been agreeable and made way, but that was how it was presented initially. I see there isn’t even a pretence at that now.
