Would love to see this. Sadly the Lib Dems in Scotland are captured. Which is sad, as I really like their policies re mental health, but I can’t vote for a party that supports self ID.

On the Tom Daly baby-buying subject, has anyone watched Facelift on BBC Scotland? Well-known Glaswegian aesthetic doctor and his husband buy a baby from Arizona - preferred location because they get to wrench the poor wean from it’s mother’s womb immediately after birth whereas in the UK, a country they portray as being regressive re surrogacy rights, they have to wait for a whole 6 weeks (less time than when buying a puppy). They combine the journey to pick up their newest accessory with a few business meetings, of course, and suggest that the surrogate better keep her legs shut til they get the meetings done. They claim that the surrogate has “no genetic link” to the baby ergo is not the mother. Except by that logic, one of them has no genetic link to the baby so is not the father? (Spoiler: it’s Dr Darren!) Lots of chat about how the mother is just “incubating” their baby for 9 months and how they want to purchase another 10 of them. To make matters worse, they then duck off to Amsterdam and London on various shopping trips/piss ups - absolutely bleeping clueless about the burden of responsibility they have. Think my blood pressure is still through the roof from watching it last night!

Didn't know this about Dr Darren either until I saw the trailer. This is exactly why I can't ever support surrogacy. These people simply don't give a tit about the mother. Look at their actions and the way they treat the mother. They think it's all a big laugh, their entitlement is off the scale. Disgusting.

Truly, nothing is sacred anymore. If gestating an entire human being is "no link" then I'm not sure what they think buying a baby from a stranger is.

Saw an interview clip of khloe kardashian saying she had her last baby by surrogate and said ‘by stork as I like to say’. By bleeping stork?? No regard or even an ounce of gratitude for the life of the woman who gave up her body for 9 months and went through childbirth so khloe can have a child without any of the blood sweat and tears. She probs cba and doesn’t want to lose her figure.

I actually think she had fertility issues as she struggled to fall pregnant with her first child.

That’s what they all say. Khloe openly admitted to lying about fertility issues in the past because she wasn’t ready for children with her ex husband. I just don’t buy it personally.

Yes, apart from using a person without breasts to advertise a sports bra the actual advert Dylan created was insulting! We’ve had to fight for so long to get taken seriously in sport and then this happens and we get taken so many steps backwards.

Almost certainly the US, Surrogacy is highly regulated in the UK.

My hands are nearly the same size as my 6’3 husband, I think it’s a woman, all the mango models have chiselled jaws that go with low body large. I think accusing models of being men randomly feeds into gender stereotypes of what women look like. Models that are trans don’t go under the radar now, they like to stand out.
