I used to frequent this thread a while ago, but I had to have some time off for my mental wellbeing - I find it so incredibly hard to wrap my head around the trans ideology that has taken over the world.
But seeing the Darlington Nurses victory has given me a bit of hope...
Stick with us, the tide is turning and there are good news stories every day. We're not there yet but the house of cards is toppling.

Good news on the Darlington Nurses business. Reddit is of course seething. Love to see it.

There's almost an undercurrent of shock from the TRAs over things like this. They tend to go and rationalise and claim that somehow gender criticals and their lawyers cheated. "B-but they're funded by religious fundamentalists!" Doesn't change the fact that the Court found in their favour.

After FWS there was conspiratarding about how one of the Supreme Court judges lived in close proximity to JKR.

Anyhow. Which one of you lot is behind this YouTube channel? It's AI, yes, but it's 1980s style songs with a distinctly terven bent and using turns of phrase I've seen on Tattle generally. It's also genuinely quite funny. In any event, song from it relevant:

Labour really are the misogynistic party: an adviser to Andy 'eyelashes' Burnham claiming that Burnham is basically the first Labour female PM apart from his sex....🙄 No wonder many of them, including possibly Burnham himself, think TWAW. They don't know what a woman is and are seeped in retrogressive stereotypes
Peopke have got EXACT
I said on here over 2 years ago that once labour was voted in they would introduce anti-Women & Girl legislation & would push for less rights.
Someone on this thread called me " hysterical".
....not so " hysterical" now, is it.
Too late . Its already happening.
Changing one utter bleep for another PM wont help or assist Women.

People have got EXACTLY what they voted for.

Couple of good comments.

The way things are going I expect a bill to ban conversion of this who suffer any dysphoria. After all those anorexic people are convinced they are large and any conversation would cause them distress.

I saw something similar yesterday. Woman had husband, kids and father or FIL. The men constantly held her by the arm. It didn't look affectionate, it looked like a hostage situation. I don't want that misogynistic tit in my country.
Saw couple walking in street last week, looked Pakistani/Bangladeshi. Male was striding up street, female (covered up) was walking at least ten feet behind him.

I helped my friend's mum out with a charity garage sale a few years ago, her next door neighbour wasn't allowed to just pop over and browse without a male so she had to wait until her 10 year old son got home.
It's not my business how other people live but what kind of a life is that?

I have some horrible feeling that Burnham is going to be far worse than Starmer 😔
There is good reason to worry imo

This is the same bloke whose researcher, Paul Diggett, was found to have used Purnell’s computer to make and distribute indecent images of children in 2002. Even after that pdfile was found guilty, the Labour Party still had to hold a hearing to see whether he had ‘breached Labour Party rules’ and whether he should be expelled from the Party.

Same, Betty. I feel like we're doomed from all angles :(

I wouldn't have this feeling of schadenfreude if it were a real Pride event with just the LGB crew.

I used to go to Pride every year when it was local to me, it was a fun day with a great atmosphere. The Dykes On Bikes were cooler than Fonzie.
Totally agree. That was in my head as I was posting earlier.

I happened to be in Dublin City centre by chance, a number of years ago on the day of the Pride march and it was lovely to see. My then hairdresser and his now husband used to take part. Great fun, and it meant a lot to those who participated, imo.

Likewise I mentioned seeing the godawful 'progress' flags being flown by the Liffey for the past few weeks. It fills me with dread whereas the rainbow flag was good to see. I know some posters have said they, or people they know no longer participate because of the way it has been taken over by the creeps showing their fetishes in public. I can well believe it.

I feel the same.

Every time I read about a council not funding a pride parade, or one being cancelled due to lack of funding I cheer because I now associate them with men in dresses, naked men, semi-naked men and furries. All parading in the street in front of families. Plus all the Trans Propaganda signage. The Progress flag gives me chills.

It's no longer about supporting LGB, and on Xitter there are many who say they feel the same way.

I hate the state of things at the moment. The awful puberty blocker trial damaging confused children for life. The potential consequences of the ban in conversion therapy, the political state of the UK, the absolute insanity of gender identity ideology.
Every time I think the tide is starting to turn against it all, it seems whatever malevolent forces behind it all, push back even harder. I find it mind boggling that we have come to this. That this ridiculous ideology seems to have captured so many when it’s the most ridiculous thing imaginable. Virtually everyone I know in real life thinks the same. Maybe it’s because I mix with older people (50 upwards) and I come from a no nonsense area ( aside from the stupid local health-board 🙄). I really fear that one day, the grotesque ultra woke version of the Labour Party we have now will rule that GC beliefs are no longer protected.

It hasn't captured that many, just the ones with influence which begs the question, how and why did they get that influence.
There is something deeply wrong within political circles for this to have been allowed to happen.
The way the whip system works means that someone only has to gain access to a few people at the top for us all to suffer.
If we had a system where 50% of MPs had to be independent or at the very least not subject to whipping it would be far harder for lobbyists to exert pressure.

WTF have I just heard on an LBC radio call in on letting dangerous men out of jail due to lack of space!?!!
'Sarah Jane' (the caller, a bloke) was in jail for 30 years for murder and gbh on a relative, pleading for mercy for poor little lambs who commit despicable crimes. To look after them in the community rather than lock them up
He's out now and still sounded bloody insane.
