Kids toy bricks, how apt. I've lost a few brain cells reading that. ickI didn’t know if I should post this here or on the Preston Davey thread but there is something very wrong when fostering agencies are talking about fostering and people’s sex lives. The aim of fostering agencies for vulnerable children in care is to find them homes where they are prioritised. Not tick some DEI.

stupid bloody Freddie McConnell I expect. A woman who got a GRC and then immediately got pregnant. She doesn’t have any kind of dysphoria. She’s just mentally unwellHhhjjjjjj
This ruling is highly significant and helpful for us and any challenges re the FWS ruling. Trans folks and their allies always ignore the rights of others i.e. women, when pushing for whatever they consider to be trans rights. This ruling makes it clear that member states are entitled to take into account other people's rights when looking at the scope of trans rights.
That's probably why they're letting the rapists and murderes out early - to make room for the REAL threats to society.Amid an alleged prison cell shortage. Because this is far worse than being a rapist or murderer

This bit is rather lovely:
AMAZING!!
As one comment says, we won't be wrong to call Sophie Molly a lunatic, Mr and Euan.
This is an interesting issue. We've discussed at work whether we can offer menstruation leave. We came to the conclusion that actually we could be putting ourselves in danger of a discrimination case. If a newly pregnant women applied for a promotion and didn't get it, they could claim that we'd been monitoring her menstruation leave and suspected she was pregnant, which is why she didn't get the job. (I don't have time to do my actual job nevermind tracking the periods of all childbearing age women in the company - but it is a risk)
I have PCOS, don't need any days off since I'm on the progesterone pill; some actual research into women's hormonal issues instead of just shrugs would be more useful. There would also be an argument for women who don’t menstruate feeling discriminated against, like I have a coil but for 36 days extra leave I’d take it out![]()
It would concern me too for many reasons. Surely it means employers would avoid taking on women of childbearing age just to avoid the hassle? Aside from the monitoring, what about women with irregular periods. It would be impossible to predict when they would be off, risks of being short staffed. As an owner of a small business, it would be a nightmare. This is an interesting issue. We've discussed at work whether we can offer menstruation leave. How many blokes in frocks would claim to be on their time of the month if this was implemented? It's a grifters charter.
Anyway flag watch in that there London*: loads of progress flags but delighted to report that it appears to be the old fashioned pride flag on top of Tower Bridge.
(* It's still hotter that the bleeping sun here and it's offending my northern sensibilities)
You wouldn’t need to, employers have no right to know about your chosen method of contraception, you could still take the leave as you are able to menstruate. Although if you were found out ( although I have no idea how) you might have to make up the time taken. There would also be an argument for women who don’t menstruate feeling discriminated against, like I have a coil but for 36 days extra leave I’d take it out![]()
I was thinking along the same lines. There would also be an argument for women who don’t menstruate feeling discriminated against, like I have a coil but for 36 days extra leave I’d take it out![]()
