She is a smart and shrewd woman and it is highly likely this is fake.
However I've seen interviews with her in histrionics talking about 'Ruby' her beautiful daughter and she would fight anyone who is saying otherwise.
Also worth mentioning again that there are photos of 'Ruby' dressed in a schoolgirl uniform whilst flashing his balls and licking a knife.

How ridiculous and insulting. The ambulance service celebrate International Womens Day by showing a man pretending to be a woman as an example of “trailblazing“ in a male dominated service. He fools no one. Why is it they always select a bloody man as an example of a woman. Bloody fed up with this constant erasure.

This is the director of Amnesty in Ireland - in 2020 they signed an open letter to the Irish government and media orgs demanding that people who believed in biological sex be denied representation.

The demonstration outside Hackney Town Hall called on the Green-run council to refuse to implement the guidance on single-sex spaces.
Activists were filmed stabbing darts into the head and eye of an effigy of Burnham, the prime minister in waiting, who has backed the Supreme Court’s ruling on the legal definition of sex and the Equality and Human Rights Commission’s (EHRC) guidance on single-sex services.
Leaflets distributed at the rally, seen by The Times, claimed transgender people would face “increased discrimination, more harassment and worse mental health” as a result of the EHRC code and urged campaigners to respond with “non-compliance, trans defiance”

It's okay for women to be intimidated, harassed and confronted with men in private spaces though.

Wow such tolerance! I'm no fan of Andy but the man hasn't even taken office yet and deranged people are doing this. These people are mentally ill and dangerous. Bring back asylums.
A side note, UK shooting clubs don't allow you to use pictures of people or even human shapes as target faces because it is considered highly unethical. A point of reflection but I'm sure these aholes lack the comprehension of this.
The fact that the media are now shining a light on this lot, I think they've finally pushed their luck...
