We need to be so careful when complaining, it's a
bleeping minefield and I really resent having to tiptoe around this weirdo who is basically parading her mental health issues and sexual fetishes in front of teenage girls in her care.
We keep rewriting our email, trying to ensure that we cause the maximum amount of concern with the minimum amount of offence, it's exhausting. I wonder how my colleagues and patients would feel if I turned up to work dressed as a cowboy, or a bride or a clown? (Not my sexual fetishes btw!) I'd be told to go home and come back in suitable attire. I definitely wouldn't be allowed to insist that everyone called me Chuckles and allowed me to throw buckets of water over them. But it's perfectly fine for a woman to pretend to be a man and to expect everyone in the whole school to go along with it.
