How many more of these employment tribunal are in the pipeline or been processed it is all money being taking out of the NHS system, and blocking up the judicial system also costing time and money that the tax payer needs to find out where and why this money is being wasted, I think we would be shocked at how much is wasted. The more I see from my friends son and hear on here and life in general the more I want to leave when did common sense go out the window as if folk don't have enough worries in life without adding more that are not needed

Don't all rush and cause the booking site to crash. The fox killer is raising money (again).

I presume that these people don't know how much money the GLP has already grifted from ordinary people with nothing to show for it and with zero accountability?

I am disappointed in Beverley Knight I must admit.

Many years ago a friend invited me to a Beverley Knight gig at a small local venue, she was just starting to be better known amongst the public. In a break between songs, BK "got political" and began a speech about Stephen Lawrence. I thought it was not the time nor the place. No surprise at her now supporting trans issues. Bandwagon. Jump. On.

I don't want to know singers or actors political or activist views. It totally puts me off having anything to do with anything they're in, or going to any concerts. I don't know why they think their opinion is important or worth listening to.

Please define living as a woman.
Neither @TwooTwooTwitTwtTwoo nor I posted on this thread deliberately - our posts were moved there from Sleb Gossip - and it's understandable she doesn't wish to engage. I do hope, though, that the changing concerns are sorted.

Here we go: the Guardian misleading people again:

This 'woman' is a man and yet there is only one throwaway mention of that pertinent fact in one paragraph and no picture of him at all. The crime is all about threats and scaring Ellie Reeves, so the fact that he's a man is extremely relevant to the report. This is shocking reporting.

I can't even express in words how much I despise the Guardian now and this is a paper that my parents used to read and I used to buy everyday on the way to work not so long ago.

To speak about gender ideology and then go 'no debate' is the reason why trans ideology had taken hold as it did, I feel we are moving away from this recently.
If I truly believed people can change sex I would have the courage of my convictions and debate - not just make some outlandish comments and then disengage.

Many times I have had my respectful posts unceramoniously removed and dumped in Gender thread - it seems you can chat any old rit on Celeb thread as long as it is not gender critical.
As regards getting seperate sex based facilities for workplace changing rooms - it is sorted, the Supreme Court has clarified that this refers to sex at birth. Any employer having mixed sex workplace changing rooms is not following workplace regulations - surely a perilous position for an employer.

Obviously I'm not really, really special, which is probably why I don't understand, but how does putting paper on glass make you 'safer'?
i cam completely believe that trans identifying people are more likely to be unemployed. it’s because 99% of them are emotionally incontinent and batshit. It’s not their identity that’s the problem, it’s them.

This woman’s employer and colleagues absolutely bent over backwards to appease her. I’m still reading but that might be why she lost her case - because they apologised profusely and made changes to suit her. Including ensuring members of the team undertake ‘rainbow pledge’ training 🙄🙄

Even going to the flu clinic and getting ‘misgendered’ by a nurse she couldn’t even say which one it was, turned into a major deal leaving two poor nurses apologising profusely. It feels like coercive control to behave this way and complain about your colleagues every time they make a simple ‘mistake’ (because every single one of them has bent over backwards to apologise and say it wasn’t intentional, and change their working practice)

That the misgendering was not intentional and that both nurses acknowledged the distress caused and had both offered to make a full apology.

The Tribunal heard from Ms Carrington and read the statement from Ms Stein.
[these are the two nurses]

It is clear that both were genuinely concerned at any offence caused to the claimant and as a result of having this issue drawn to their attention and the recommendations made by Ms De Zwaan, have changed their own practices to check pronouns as routine.
coercive control is exactly what it is!!! If a man behaved like this in a relationship that’s absolutely what we would call it

I'm sorry but using the ' too emotive' reason for not debating trains ideology is just an excuse. The argument will be unraveled and exposed in all its factual biological glory and so is avoided like the plague by men who desperately want to be women and those who support them.

By men who want to pretend to be women and get to act out their perversions in public.
Exactly. This narrow version of women that men try and emulate is so shallow. I can't claim to know all trans but all they seem to focus on is how they look. Do they read women's literature? Do they support equality and women's rights? (Clearly the opposite) Do they take on the main responsibility of their children's care? Are they doing all of the housework and meal times? I'd bet no. There is no sexual thrill in being a real woman.

The magical ✨tRaNsWoMaN✨ in my team made his first appearance at work yesterday after being allowed to work from home for months. The sum total of his efforts... a hairband. Probably to cover the receding hairline. But I'm still glad he didn't come in à la Izzard.
