There have been times (and still are sometimes) in my life when I wanted to pull up drawbridge or take easy way out in life. I have anxiety, and it would be so easy to have not faced demons or let others look after me but you know what, seeing Gary makes me so fucking glad I didn't and live independently, even with days when I have to take massive deep breath to leave the house

People don’t ask as a point of judgement, it’s to express an interest in you and your life. He views jobs in very simplistic terms; a means to an end. No it shouldn’t wholly define you, but for a lot of people it’s how we invest a lot of our time which can also bring us fulfilment and joy. I always lived by the motto ‘it’s not what you do, it’s how you do it’, meaning as long as you do things with pride and dignity. His disdain is due to knowing how embarrassing his answer is, not the question itself.

I know someone who is in their 40s and never worked because their dream of being a graphic designer never took off. This was exactly like reading his posts. Completely clueless but doesn’t realise it. Like an incel talking about women.

Why? im all for a benefits system for those people that genuinely suffer from anxiety!! it is meant to be there for people whose condition (mental and physical treated the same in my book - all about your complete health) stops you from working and providing for yourself or you need additional funds to help you to live due to your condition

a grown ass man who claims anxiety yet continually goes to disney world is not imo suffering from anxiety!!!!!!!! what the feck do i pay my bloody taxes for!!!!!!! i will gladly pay for anyone that deserves it - totally as we should help others but this twat can do youtube singing videos and go across the Atlantic to one of the most populated holiday resorts…get in the bin mate!!!

Interestingly apparently (I didn't watch) Jeremy hunt said in his budget he is asking the benefits office (whatever its official name is) to look into every single person out of work and claiming benefits ( reinterview etc). Made me think of Gary and the other vloggers and whether their benefits could end of be reduced

This just makes me so sad. It is so hard enough for people who are really sick to claim, people with cancer being declared fit-to-work because they can walk and stand up. They should not have to be reinterviewed and worry about being sanctioned because of cunts like Gary who are a little bit scared of a big boy job but not going to the worlds busiest theme park multiple times a year. Why can’t he be a road sweeper or something.

The worst part for me is how he shows off all the money he spends with no shame. That money is supposed to buy food, pay bills, but his parents do that for him.
