Yeah I think a therapist wouldn’t suggest towards a potential diagnosis after 1 session, it’s not enough to know about someone’s behaviour and life and it’s only self reported information. I think possibly, what happened was instead of blaming the other people in her life on her problems (her dad, haters etc) her therapist probably said what would you like out of therapy, and wanted to work on her and what she’s doing “wrong”. Which offended gobs as she doesn’t think she’s the problem or part of the problem and probably thought a therapist would sympathise with her and hold her hand etc

Therapy is hard and it’s not for everyone, you have to really try and engage with it and some therapists aren’t always the best, however she gave up instantly without even seeing if there’d be a better suited form of therapy etc. She can go private if she wants to, she has the cash, she’s just stingy and would rather spend it on crisps and hideous furniture.

I've tried CBT 3 times now I think, given up every time for multiple reasons - but none of those times did the therapist even make any intention to seriously 'diagnose' in the first month, nevermind the first session. They barely spoke tbh, you tend to just outline your issues and what you want from therapy in the first session. Therapy is really, really difficult, especially if you don't 'gel' with the therapist and I honestly reckon she just bolted because of that.

I’m just watching her latest video and honestly, she’s not even trying to hide the fact that this is blatantly still just her playing shop. She just talks about how it looks so cute blah blah blah. Not being funny but it’s meant to be an office Gabs! Yeah it can be cute but surely it needs to be practical and given the amount of orders she is apparently shipping, she doesn’t have much packing space.

And is it just me or is her speech getting worse? I’d LOVE to see a linguistics specialist analyse her way of speaking. It’s so bizarre the sounds she emphasises in certain words.

Well, she has too much stock, right? If my "office" had that much in stock I'd be panicking a bit tbh. More yewnits than sense.

Not sure if this has been mentioned yet (I haven’t been on Gobs thread for a while) but she’s having yet another operashun!

God it really annoys me she acts like the biggest cat lover when all she’s ever done is buy two expensive kittens and give one away to her mum, can’t imagine she’d ‘love’ a hostile stray with a gammy eye at the cat shelter.

No cat lover would abuse a cat in the way she does

Exactly! She couldn’t handle Bean playfighting with Nellie. What would she do with a hostile, terrified, neglected cat who has only ever lived outside and hisses at and attacks anyone who goes near him?

In my experience, most cats who make it to shelters have problems. It’s rare that some lovely little perfectly healthy house cat comes because his old owner died, because family or neighbours usually happily take them - cats usually go to a shelter because they’re neglected, abandoned strays causing havoc in a neighbourhood, or they have health or behavioural issues that their owners can’t deal with (usually stemming from tit breeders, exactly like the ones Gabby purchased her cats from).

She can’t even keep Nellie a healthy weight, for fucks sake. Not a cat lover, just a loser who knows nothing about anything (except ham).

We don't care if you *like* cats Gobs, actions speak louder than words. I like singing, doesn't mean I'm any good at it. Difference is, I can't do much about that. How about you start by not grossly mistreating the cat you do have aye?

Really don't get why international shipping is such a hassle? Like why close that till after her operayshunnn but keep UK shipping? Isn't it just one extra form to fill in or something, or a customs sticker like a previous poster said?

Gabby baffles me

One of the cats we adopted was feral and wouldn’t let us touch her for a year. I’d like to see Gabbage deal with that.

She bought a load of travel stuff including a huge suitcase and then commented this, I think that’s hilarious, treat yourself to what exactly Gab? You’re not going anywhere so why buy a suitcase that’s just gonna gather dust in a cupboard somewhere? The fact she wastes all this money is sickening.
