Agree with you @SunshineRae, horrendous parenting. We should be teaching our children what's right and what's wrong, not that we will help them cover up felonies! WTF.

If Brian Laundrie hadn't been led to believe (probably all his life) that Mummy would come to his rescue no matter what, perhaps Gabby would be alive today.

The “burn after reading” letter has finally been handed over to the Petito’s and made public. Very weird letter. If nothing to do with Gabby, then she has an unhealthy obsession with her son, so either way, it’s very odd.

Pat Reilly (the Petitio lawyer) revealed quite a while ago that one piece of evidence was a letter found on Brian from his mum. The front of the envelope had his name and underneath it said “(burn after reading)”. She claimed it was a play on words relating to a book they both likes as had been fighting to keep it private.

Why didn’t he burn it before he killed himself, he had to have known they’re would be implications for his mom if he didn’t, no?
