Ngannou is an absolute bad ass, what he went through from a young age, the journey he took is mad and he is a warrior. Still love Tyson but it's a shame how this has gone down, think he underestimated Ngannou.

The Usyk fight was off before he even finished the last round, I bet. His corner looked stunned 😂

Yeah there was no post fight press conference from Fury last night, he’s emerged today with a mash up face and said apart from the knockdown Ngannou barely touched him 🤣

It was obvious they would give the decision to Tyson, there is no way they would want a MMA fighter winning it would duck up the heavyweight division.

So this is what I understand.

There are 17 weight classes in professional boxing, and five major recognised belts for each of the divisions: The WBA (World Boxing Association), WBC (World Boxing Council), IBF (International Boxing Federation), WBO (World Boxing Organization) and The Ring.

In November 2015 Tyson fought and won against Klitschko, defeating Klitschko's 10 year reign as heavyweight champion. At the time Klitschko held the following WBA (Super), IBF, WBO, IBO, Lineal and The Ring heavyweight titles.

On 8 December 2015, the IBF stripped Fury of its title, as the contract for the fight against Klitschko included a rematch clause, precluding Fury from facing the IBF's mandatory challenger Vyacheslav Glazkov. Fury had held the IBF belt for only 10 days.

In February 2016, it was revealed that Tyson and his cousin Hughie both tested positive in February 2015 for a banned performance enchanting substance called nandrolone.

A farmer was reportedly paid £25k to help cover this up, basically he really only tested positive because he ate uncastrated boar meat.

Remember there is a lot of powerful vested interest in Tyson Fury boxing, namely Daniel Kinahan, huge drug crime family fund and set up matches for Fury:

On the 22nd of September 2016 a random urine test fly d cocaine in his system.

Thoughout 2016 he kept postponing a rematch against Klitschko, he canceled yet again due to an ankle injury the day before the positive drug test results were made pubic in September 2016.

After this Tyson vacated the WBA, WBO and IBO titles; The Ring stripped him of his last remaining title in early 2018.

Tyson was goingto be stripped of them because of his positive drug test results and use of performance enhancing substances.

Tyson Fury received a two-year ban from boxing backdated to December 2015.

Fury timeline

29 November 2015: Beats Wladimir Klitschko to become the WBA, IBF and WBO champion

8 December 2015: Stripped of his IBF title for failing to fight the mandatory challenger

24 June 2016: Postpones July's rematch with Klitschko after injuring an ankle in training

4 August 2016: UK's anti-doping body confirms it charged Fury with a doping offence on 24 June

23 September 2016: Postpones rematch for a second time because he is "medically unfit"

3 October: Appears to retire from boxing, tweeting: "I'm the greatest, and I'm also retired." Three hours later he reverses the decision, tweeting he is "here to stay"

5 October 2016: Reveals he has been taking cocaine to help him deal with depression

10 October 2016: Given extended deadline to convince the WBO not to strip him of his world heavyweight title

12 October 2016: BBBofC (The British Boxing Board of Control) meeting starts looking at Fury's boxing licence

12 October 2016: Vacates WBA and WBO titles

13 October 2016 Licence to box suspended by BBBofC

So the mental health narrative comes out when he's been caught taking cocaine and performance enhancing drugs and about to have his titles removed so he recindes the titles before that happens.

On 1 February 2018, Fury was stripped of his last remaining title, The Ring magazine's heavyweight championship.
---
Continued...

Then following his reinstatement of his boxing license after being banned for 2 years, on the 20th of May, Tyson fought and won a 39-year-old Albanian Sefer Serferi was 30kg lighter than Tyson and had only fought once and lost at heavyweight level.

On 18th August 2018 Fury fought and won against Francesco Pianeta. Fury went the full 10 rounds, defeating Pianeta via a points decision.

WBC heavyweight title challenge 1 December 2018.
Deontay Wilder vs. Tyson Fury, resulted in a split decision draw, meaning Wilder retained his WBC title. Note that it's only the WBC title and not the full range of titles won in November 2015.

Tyson said he would donate all the purse from this fight to charity, £7 million...this hasn't been confirmed.

Next fight was held on the 15 June 2019. Fury Vs Schwarz. WBO Inter-Continental heavyweight champion. Schwarz was ranked #2 by the WBO and #9 by the IBF at the time. Tyson wins and gains Schwarz's WBO Inter-Continental title.

Fury vs. Wallin, 14 September 2019, Fury won.

February 22, 2020, Deontay Wilder vs. Tyson Fury II, rematch of 2018 fight that resulted in a technical knock out The fight was stopped midway through the seventh round after a flurry of hard-hitting shots from Fury caused Wilder's corner to throw in the towel to save him from further punishment.

It made him the first man to defeat two champions who had 10 or more defences of their world championship (Klitschko with 18 defences, and Wilder with 10 defences).[226][227] Fury also became the third heavyweight, after Muhammad Ali and Floyd Patterson, to hold The Ring magazine title twice, and the first heavyweight in history to have held the WBA (Super), WBC, IBF, WBO, and The Ring magazine titles.

October 9, 2021 Tyson Fury vs. Deontay Wilder III, Fury wins via 11th-round KO and gains
WBC and The Ring heavyweight champion.

On 30 December 2021, WBC president Mauricio Sulaiman, who had ordered Fury to defend his WBC title against mandatory challenger Dillian Whyte,

Tyson Fury vs Dillian Whyte
Sunday 23 April 2022 at Wembley Stadium in London, England. Tyson Fury won the bout by knockout in round 6.

Defended both the WBC and The Ring heavyweight champion titles.

Tyson then announced his retirement on 12 August 2022 and relinquished his Ring title.

Tyson Fury vs Derek Chisora III,
3 December 2022, Fury wins with a 10th round TKO. WBC heavyweight champion title defended.

This was an exhibition fight, no one defenced or gained anything. Fury needs to fight Uysk to gain all the heavyweight titles available but chooses to focus on big pay day fights that have no opportunity to add titles. Tyson is getting older, so he needs to focus on Uysk, as it is Uysk who holds the unified (and remaining) WBA, WBO and IBF titles that Tyson does not have.

Fury vs. Ngannou 28 October 2023

Fury entered the fight as a 14–1 favourite, but put on a massively underwhelming performance in which he was knocked down in the third round. He went on to win the bout via controversial split decision.

This was an exhibition fight, no one defenced or gained anything.

For Fury to unify the division and regain all the titles he held for a mere 10 days in 2015 he had to fight Usyk. Fury keeps ducking the Uysk fight, he goes on social media calling potential opponents dossers or big sausage, saying I'm willing and ready but pulls out, contradicts himself, lies and backtracks.

Fury had signed a contract to face the unified WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk for the undisputed heavyweight title in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, after his bout with Francis Ngannou in October. The fight was tentatively scheduled for 23 December but has been delayed to late January or February 2024 after Fury's harder-than-expected encounter with Ngannou.

It is yet to be seen if this will happen.

Cheating rumours...

Not only had Mr fury admitted to cheating on his wife, has been caught taking performance enhancing substances, possibly of matches being fixed Ngannou for example. There is talk of Tyson being a dirty fighter, using illegal move such as elbowing Ngannou in the face, punching Wilder 30+ times in the back of his head, There are also questions about Tyson cheating in the ring for example, supposedly using loaded gloves, transforming gloves so he is using his bareknuckles to strike ect.
---

---

---
A sparring partner revealed that the gloves padding has been removed:

---
Apparently horse hair is used to pad the gloves, so after a short while the padding moves thus exposing the knuckles.
---

---
From

He also had a glove specially made where he could slip his fist into the wrist part and punch people with no padding, then slip the knuckles back into the glove at will.

Team Fury code-named that glove the 'Transformer' and in the camps during certain spars Fury would ask if anyone had seen the Transformer movie. That would be code for the special gloves to be fitted so he could practice the switch move on sparring partners.

A sparring partner called Trayvon Jarmell actually discovered this and questioned Team Fury after the spar where he was dropped a number of times and he was told not to come back, that he wasn't the level they needed. So make of that what you will.
