The weird side flick is a consequence of bangs growing out. I sympathize; growing out your bangs sucks and looks so weird and awkward. But the side flick is bad. I used to braid my bangs as they grew out. Maybe I’m partial to it but I think it would look cute on her.

Not sure why she didn’t just self trim her bangs during lock down. It’s so easy to do. But maybe this was a good excuse for her to lose them.

Freddy should really take her own advice on fashion faux pas 😩 She really did wear a high neckline top with a chunky necklace 🤦‍♀️ Skip the neck accessory altogether since the top already has a lot going on. Plus, I can see her Tiffany necklace and brassiere (as darling Josie would say) outline under her top, yet another fashion faux pas. I really doubt we should be taking fashion advice from someone who claims she's a 'dictator of taste'. More like dictator of mess 🙄

I hesitated on watching her latest video on manifestation, but I was curious to know her thoughts on it. There wasn't anything new to learn from there; it was basically a recap of her past manifestation experiences and a summary of The Secret and her vision board. I'm not a fan of The Secret purely because I believe that things happen to you through a combination of chance, luck and certain circumstances. The Secret basically teaches you to have a shifted mindset with the combination of the above. Sometimes, even when you manifest and put in the effort and hardwork into something, it doesn't come to you and that's just reality. Maybe that's just me being cynical but that's how I see it 🤷‍♀️

She did have a fashion illustration pinned on her vision board so I stand by what I said about her having her own line of product (clothing?) or collab with her fav fashion brand. I feel bad for not liking that video tbh cos she said she was excited to do it but judging from the comments, a lot of her viewers/subs enjoyed it and that's all that matters I guess.

Also, I agree with her looking a bit different in the video. I put it down to her fluffy eyebrows, hairstyle and more dramatic winged liner, maybe even the video filter she used. She could have just curled her grown out fringe at the ends and put it to the side for a sideswept look instead of curling it the way she did but I think she was going for a vintage inspired look. Or wear her fav pink padded headband, or braid it like Bostonrob said. And her super bouncy curls didn't do her face justice I feel. I prefer her hair in soft waves.

Thank goodness she's growing out her fringe tho. It was cute when she first got it cos it was wispy, but it started to get thicker and thicker cos she said she didn't do a good job of trimming it herself over lockdown. The thick fringe made her face look boxy, her old hairstyle made her look more sophisticated.

Just when I thought the fringe isn't coming back 🤣 I wouldn't use the term cool to describe her fringe tbh

Why do I get the feeling like Freddy definitely reads on here 👀
You know she does. Every time they bring it up in their Vlogs and go on a rhetoric about no one that they know reads on here and blah blah blah. Sure Jan, Hi Freds!
PS they all read on here. Hey Josie!

Coco is often called more interesting personality-wise of the sisters and maybe so, but to me Coco's speech in her videos seems practiced and a bit unnatural. She articulates some words very clearly, which is of course good for understanding, but she wouldn't speak that way in real life, so it comes across as a performance and not like she's just chatting to a friend. I realise that most YouTubers put on a video persona/voice but some people do it so seamlessly you could never tell. In this sense I think Freddy usually sounds more natural even with rehearsed one-liners and the like. Anyway, Coco's still pretty young, and I'm definitely not questioning her talents which are clearly plentiful.

I'm guessing her videos are more rehearsed cos of her younger audience and her channel is more kid-friendly too so she has to be more careful with what she says, plus she has a big following as well. She actually speaks quite similarly as she does in videos irl too, as evident by her conversations with Freddy. Coco tends to enunciate certain parts of her sentences or words, which Freddy doesn't really do. Their age (not to mention experiences as well) has a lot to do with it I think because Freddy's much older so even a practiced speech will sound seamless than when a teenager does it, plus it seems like Freddy is much more of a perfectionist than Coco is so I'm sure Freddy rehearses her video script repeatedly in her head over a period of several days whilst Coco just sounds like she rehearses and films on the same day.

I haven't watched Coco very much, but having just checked out a couple of her videos, to me it sounds like she's almost new at being in front of a camera? She reminds me of the way that I used to talk when I made youtube makeup videos about 10 years ago, before extensive editing was common, so I'd try to just speak very carefully and not make too many bloopers I had to edit out. It's also weird to me how these girls' entire life seems to be beige and peachy-pink.

I thought Youtubers were done with the law of attraction bandwagon. Seems not.
If it actually helped someone then I guess fair enough but personally I have some very bad experience with that. Few years ago I got into the whole loa thing and thought I would go legit crazy. Ignoring your current circumstances, imagining stuff, feeling it made me extremely mentally exhausted and hopeless honestly. I had a really difficult time with my personal life and other stuff and needed some hope but in the end it made me even worse. Community seems very toxic and cult-like too. I'm much happier without it and sure I have my dreams, hopes and plans but whatever comes comes and I'm feeling much more at ease and happy now. It's just my opinion and experience though.

When it comes to Coco she seems fake and annoying. She's trying too hard to be quirky and funny too. I don't want to be the one commenting on her looks but her mouth really annoys me.

Tbf Coco wears more colours than Freddy! She likes pink too but at least she has more variety when it comes to her wardrobe.

She looks like a retro porn star with that fringe and fried hair.
Oh myyy, I can't unsee it now... 😞

I thought JJ has been her boyfriend since she started youtube ?
I thought so too. I think Freddy was with JJ in high school (they went to prom together) and they broke up in the period between that and her starting her YT channel; this explains the jewelry that she kept which she received from her ex (shown in her jewelry collection video). I was under the assumption that she was referring to her boyfriend that she was together with in high school (not JJ), so maybe she was with her ex for just a short period of time. Maybe the guy was a rebound even cos Freddy got back together with JJ not long after she started her YT channel I think.

I think Coco is naturally like that. The only teenagers in my life rn are my cousins and I'm always surprised at how 'quirky' and 'humorous' they are whenever I meet them. There was a period of time when I hadn't met them for a long time (I lived away from home) and when I got back home their personality were literally the embodiment of gen Z tiktokers which totally wasn't the case before. Their personally really did a 180 😂 I think when you consume too much of a certain type of media, you start to emulate it unconsciously, and we know that Coco is an avid user of TikTok.

Freddy Does Dallas
Freddy is actually a suitable stage name for a porn star, come to think of it 🤔 It being a gender-neutral name makes it even more suitable and versatile ngl! 😂

I'm surprised a lot of people tuned in to her live considering her number of followers. I've seen influencers with more followers but have a less engaged community. Did she say her live ended cos her phone died or something? I would have thought she would have checked her phone charge from time to time lol. Did anything particularly interesting come up during the live?
