I know but it just isn't for me
It’s not for me either. Last night’s place particularly, what’s the point of shelling out good money to be cold in bed . 🥶 . However this is a show, lots of people are happy with self-catering, it frees you to do what you want, when you want.

And no plugs for people that might be there for work peace duck that I did feel bad for him he was taking it better than the Asian couple the guy especially

That was quite a boring week! Harsh underpayment from Na'im, but I do get some of his points, the tents were value for money for 6 people but expensive for 2.

But contestants are supposed to judge on what they consider is value for money, Na’im actually said he thought the tents were value for money if six people stayed in them .. so why the huge underpayment🤔. Isn’t all of this really why the show causes so much controversy as so many contestants score and pay based on what they offer against where they are staying offers, which is not the premise of the show.🤔

Yes I agree, but it was obvious he was this week's game player!

Had no idea there was a thread for this show, 4 in a bed is my guilty pleasure, I love it lol. Fridays are the best days when it comes to the confrontation. Game playing and kick offs lol

I can't believe Na'im's underpayments omg 😲I've never seen someone refuse a payment either. Quite a boring week, hopefully next week is more exciting.

I've probably watched them all! There's been a few refusing payments, there was one place refused a payment then tit for tat the other place refused to!!

If a battery-powered clock was keeping me awake, I'd take the batteries out. But then I'm not looking for reasons to underpay.

Attitudes are always the thing that puts me off establishments - never dust. Maybe actual filth though 😂

Omg the reasons are so petty

My husband and I used to work for Na'im and the things we could tell you!! Just look on something like booking.com at the reviews for some of his hotels, the Grand hotel at Skegness and Douglas arms at Castle Douglas for example, he's got absolutely NO reason to slate anyone's hotels. Probably any Paymans hotels the reviews will be low.

Omg you have to spill the tea! What was he like?

We never met him directly, I have to be careful what I say to protect us here, but 4 years ago we took on a hotel he owned as managers. We walked into a death trap, the hotel had 3 floors and no fire safety at all. We brought up our concerns over and over and was fobbed off so we got in touch with the fire service directly and they came out and promptly closed 2 floors down and turffed out 16 rooms of holiday makers at around 11pm, we was speaking to him on the phone keeping him upto date and he asked to speak to the fire officer's. He told them that the hotel had been like that for a very long time ( he'd not owned it for very long at this stage) so a few more weeks wouldn't make much difference. The fire offices couldn't believe what he was saying.

The hotel had no shower power, no internet, no dining room or food, no parking, you wasn't allowed to drink alcohol in the hotel. The rooms was filthy.(We turned them around) We worked from 7am until 11pm.without a day off week in week out. It was awful. And that was just the first hotel we worked at!
