Anyone watching this week's? The week's just started and I really don't like Sue and Roger at all Conor and Grace seem really down to earth, but Laura can't take any criticism at all.

I think they’re this week’s game players. “Oo the kitchen worktop isn’t quartz/granite!”

I couldn’t give a 10 for a breakfast I had to cook myself.

Also why are they all always so pleased when they get a 10 for hosting? Almost everyone gives 10 in that category!

The woman hosting yesterday annoyed me: Feedback form - the bath was dirty, left a black mark on my fingers. “No it wasn’t!”

And they never argue over it and be like well we didn't even check them in so they were overly generous there etc but when they get an 8 for cleaning they're saying the markers are overly harsh

Yes I’ve just edited my post. When someone says X was dirty, the host says no it wasn’t. It’s being filmed why would they lie?

Exactly, Laura pissed me off so much. Even if you don't believe it, you don't get defensive over it. You take it on the chin humbly and professionally, you don't moan and whinge. Hate it when the hosts get defensive instead of being professional. All the hosts from last week were absolutely lovely, even the guys that got 5s for cleanliness. He admitted he hadn't checked the rooms before and he was really humble and positive with the feedback.

Exactly! Especially when it's 8 for something they can prove eh cleanliness and then 10 for sleep. If they were going to lie they'd lie about sleep because no one can prove it isn't true! Or they'd lie and say they didn't enjoy breakfast because that's personal opinion! If they were just making up lies to mark you down it wouldn't be about what's on camera

I felt for the Welsh lady today. Their behaviour at drinks was terrible and the comments obviously aimed at her. The male first host (sorry I can’t recall names) was so kind about it that it really showed up the other 2 couples. That conversation should have been at payment day not during their stay.

I know, Conor and Grace are lovely. Sue and Roger are snooty and up themselves and Laura and Claudia (but especially Laura) can't take constructive criticism. I think Eirlys and Demelza are really sweet and didn't deserve that. You could see the sadness on Eirlys's face.

It will be interesting tomorrow to see if the 'reviewers' can keep their heads and not go Tit for Tat after the comments they have had, but as seen previously feedback don't always mean reduced payment. I still say they should leave the feedback till the Friday and do it before payment day and show clips, but I guess it would mean the show would need to be an hour long.

Omg the cheek of the ones making them make their own breakfast like I serve my kids daily till the end of time all I want whje we go away is for someone else to cook for me

Just watched Payment Day and I couldn't believe the underpayments made by Eirlys and Demelza it's clear that Laura can't take any criticism at all, and I also didn't like the way Claudia was patronising to Demelza as well when she said "let me finish speaking" as if she was a child. I also agree that scoring Conor and Grace a 7 for breakfast because she didn't ask for granary bread was harsh

Conor and Grace totally deserved the win though, they were both so lovely.

Didn’t Sue and her husband underpay everyone? So they had a nerve being offended when the same was done to them. I’d never pay what they were asking for one night in a log cabin.
The correct establishment won this week. It was the best value.
