Based on these estimates Yuki earns ridiculously low!
My guess is this is just from the team, and other sponsors do not count. Does anyone works in sport or can estimate how much they could make in a year with sponsors and other paid partnerships they do in a year?

Snap, but with Daniel 😂

I cannot wait for them two to be teammates. Fingers crossed husband and i will get to Silverstone in 2021 (moved from this year).

Totally agree. He is hot (no Daniel though)
I love me some Daddy Ricciardo. He's so hot but in a totally different way to George.

Daniel and Lando are gonna be bants as teammates, but I'm gonna miss Carlos and Lando together so much. I didn't really know what to think of Carlos before he joined McLaren, but seeing his personality and silliness, and his friendship grow with Lando these last two years, it breaks my heart a bit Carlos is breaking up with Lando. 😂

Even Lewis Hamilton is pretty hot as long as he doesn't start talking - he has the David Beckham problem of being really attractive but has a silly squeaky voice that doesn't appeal.

i know! i don’t think mazepins spin helped (or mazespin as he’s now being called)
LOVING yuki!!! i hope Max gets pole tbh
Yeah not helpful for a few. But its racing.
Missed Yuki but heard the Sky F1 commentators say about how he had a different plan to others and paid off. Maybe Max or Hamilton who else?? Unless both have nightmare laps. Nah never happens

Aston Martin Vantage Safety Car has been deployed in the F2 race. They had an on board shot from the rear, and it gives the most incredible sound of the engine/exhaust, really deep roaring. Sounds great. Looks beautiful too.

All that is reported is that the engineers arent very happy with him, the bit about possibly replacing him before the season end seems just to be stuff McEvoy from the Daily Mail added (probably wishful thinking).

Mercedes struggles with rear instability this year, the car is way more harder to drive than in the past years: I really doubt that any driver that could realitically replace him would do better when joining mid-season. Not to forget that any change unsettles the situation always.

I dont get why there would be even need to: Imola aside he did exactly what a #2 is supposed to do? Wouldnt surprise me if George's PR team spread this rumour to make him look better after his brainfart recently.

The only way I can see it happening is if Bottas out of frustration plays dirty or if his form drastically drops.
Good point! It could come from George PR. I like him, but I did not like that he did not help Bottas at the car crash.

Sky F1 stirring, sorry debating, thinking Seb might not race next year, and thinking if Bottas loses his seat at Merc to George, Bottas could take Seb's seat. That was Karoon (sorry if spelt wrong) saying this. Crofty said well Seb has a contract for next year. I do wonder with Seb 🤔
They did later then say why would you mess up hamilton / bottas a rules change year and so, given George needs to move up the grid, maybe let him take sebs seat instead ... could Seb then go to Williams??

Gasly to Renault would be a big surprise, I suppose it depends on Ocon's contract, how easily Renault can break it.

Perez is absolutely a driver any team would look at and we know Williams are stretched financially even with Dorilton taking over. Checo brings money and talent, perfect.

I'd not heard Ocon had been talking to Red Bull, bit interesting.

Somehow in all this latest part of silly season, Super Sub Nico Hulkenberg seems to have been forgotten, he isn't getting linked to seats. Though I have heard rumours that he has also spoken to Red Bull as well.

Red Bull desperately want Albon to come good though. Because he is British-Thai, and Red Bull has Thai shareholders. Problem is, that car is built to suit Max Verstappen, Riccardo saw the way the wind was blowing away from him and towards Max and so got out. But Max and Alex like a different style of car to perform and until Red Bull compromise the car design/set up to help Alex, it's never going to work.

Vandoorne had the same problems at McLaren with Alonso. A good driver, in a car that isn't suited to their style and against a really special driver. Because Vandoorne wasn't a bad driver, he was just in a donkey car, designed for Alonso's style and driving against Alonso. He could never win. McLaren basically bent over and spread themselves for Alonso and I really hated the team in those few years, because Alonso didn't deserve it.
Lets not forget that the 2nd red bull car has only scored one podium in the last 2 seasons!

Red Bull are really screwing themselves over by building the car for Max, yes he’s done great, but you can’t win the WCC with one car, you would struggle to win the WDC with Max too if he hasn’t got a decent teammate to back him up.

As you said, Danny Ric got out quick, and both Alex and Pierre looked poor in the RB, but look what he’s done in the Alpha!

Let’s be honest Max (and clan) arent the most welcoming of teammates and no doubt is enjoying the other garage is making him look like a God.

No surprise the two decent teammates he’s had (Danny and Carlos) both walked away before they got sucked in and made to look shit!

Ted Kravitz says Red Bull are expected to announce Perez! With Albon staying on as reserve/test driver.
I'd be so happy for Perez because he deserves to race. But I only worry whether he can race a car that is designed to suit Verstappen to such an extreme. Or whether Perez ends up in a Vandoorne/Alonso situation where Vandoorne wasn't a bad driver, just having to drive a car totally unsuited to his driving style.

Also I am surprised Albon didn't keep the drive because of the Thai shareholders at Red Bull, honestly expected that was saving Albon.

Looks like the Astons have tweaked something on their cars from yesterday, that hasn't quite worked out for them... 🤔
