Maybe naive but I’ve been quite disappointed by the behaviour of (some of) the drivers since the races ended. When Melbourne was postponed I was impressed with what they were doing and seemed to be setting a good example. Now they seem to have gone the way of every other celeb by fleeing to the sun. I mean, I’m as sick of the restrictions as everyone else but them taking advantage of the ‘elite sports’ travel loophole is a shame to see. Rant over.

Does anyone know what the hell are those stuff that Angela carries on around the padock. Never saw Lewis use anything from that bag. I think last year she had one, but now she has TWO!

He seems to be the only one who has somebody carrying what appears to be an excessive amount of stuff around.

I get their trainers or whoever carry stuff around for them, reflex training things, clothing stuff etc. But it just seems too much stuff.

Maybe his scooter is in one of the bags. And his dog in the other?

Interestingly the FIA published an updated entry list for next year, Hamilton is listed as confirmed for Mercedes even though as far as we know no contract has yet been signed. Just leaving the Red Bull and Alpha Tauri second seats up for grabs.

Hamilton definitely running scared from Russell I think. Toto is running scared from making the mistake of resigning Bottas by encouraging him in qualifying etc. Bottas is aware he is now officially on borrowed time if Hamilton is staying longer term.

The excuse Mercedes came out with for the pit stop shambles last week seems like shite. During a radio communication from the pitwall to pit crews Russell tried to radio in and it got interrupted and ended up messing up the message to the pit crew for which tyres first. Seems dodgy to me.

I did Silverstone during the Schumacher era 04’for me that was as magical as Disneyland, insanely good tickets too.
I did Abu Dhabi when I lived in Dubai around 5 years ago. And Monza years ago.
I don’t think I’d rush to one for a few years but when I do I’ll be hopefully back in Italy somewhere!

A second weekend where the second run in Q3 is not really producing improved lap times for many.

My poor Lando, on it so much in Q1/2, Q3 second run on new tyres just didn't work for him.

My uncle was watching f1 when i was small. Everybody had to be silent during the race. I hated it. I was a fan of kimi just to annoy him. He loved schumi. And look where i am, posting on a F1 thread.

Agree re Alonso...it's all a bit boring when there are loads of other drivers desperate for a seat.
Hamilton apparently isn't feeling 100% after having Covid. I think Russell's fantastic drive has caused a major stink at Mercedes and that's the only reason he's back this weekend.
