I’d love for 1 of the commentators to go rogue and start just asking the drivers / team bosses who they think is going to come 2nd today when they are doing the pre- race interviews, really sarcastically!

I think it’s too late to retrospectively adjust 2021, but if there has been an overspend the FIA need to make sure the punishment is something a rich team can’t simply absorb such as a fine; it’ll undermine the purpose of the cap.

Another issue I have. The guy was publicly saying he'd never lower himself to go to anything but a top team. Utterly deluded.

Oh bless there is a video on one of Sebs fan pages, showing Mick on the pit wall waving at Seb and then shows Seb waving back to Mick. So damn cute 😍 🥰😍

I didn't see all the race but did see the end bit, when Rachel fro Sky F1 interviewed Pierre he honestly looked like he was gonna cry. Bless him. But as mostcare saying how the hell can you get the tyres warmed up that quick to try and finish 2 laps? Crazy race

i think you’re absolutely right - the attention they got from having him obviously suited them (and i think you can see that by how they used him in their social media) but i’m not sure if they were fully committed to the development he obviously needs. i hope he comes back with the right team too, he has potential and seems such a sweet person (which i know doesn’t impact his driving but still 🤣)

i think it’s a done deal too! i like hulk a lot and i don’t think he ever got his dues in f1 so i will be glad to see him back - it is a shame for mick but i fully agree with @xoxogossip_girl above that he’ll be back in some form the season after and audi/sauber seems a good fit. i think they like having a schumacher on the grid too much to have that fairy story go.

the more stuff that comes out the more i really think daniel is going to be merc reserve driver too. i still think that’s a bad decision for him, but being around that team might also help hugely.
