I love lando! Hahaha but I didn’t like Daniel at the start but now I like him
covid and the teams clearly didn’t want to be involved this time, all the other series have focused on one team per ep, that gives it a story line as you see the season over a longer period of time, they reused so much and we saw so many races twice. It was much flatter than usual but 10/10 from gunter !

Yes, much preferred past seasons. This time it seemed to jump around the f1 season/races and I felt it kept going back to the same races. Much better when they focus on 1 team per episode. Maybe in future they could do 1 race per episode

Totally agree with that. I've not watched it all yet and don't get me wrong I've enjoyed it but the timeline has been a bit messy with reusing some races. Like I say I've not watched the whole series but it felt like Ferrari were pretty quiet throughout aside from their ep, but maybe they chose to be? Hard to tell given covid restrictions will have had an impact on filming and willingness from the teams to actually participate.Yeah I’ve never taken to him. He’s cut a lot of slack for being young and immature which is fine but then isn’t accounted for when you consider pretty much half the grid are around his age (Yuki 21, Mick 22, Lance 23, Max 24 etc)
Thoughts on season 4? I’m pretty nonplussed about it. Felt like lots of teams and moments were overlooked (Seb, Nandi, Kimi, Checo’s Mexico podium, Lando in spa, Baku)
Also George was pretty marmite. Loved Yuki and the fact that he’s so sweary because he’s learnt English from the mechanics
Ferrari probably realized it wasn't as good PR as they thought it was going to be after the Seb scene from last season...
Agree with the general thoughts about the season, underwhelming considering it was a "dramatized" view of F1 the races themselves were far more dramatic last season than Netflix could manage.
Yep- I almost feel like the season itself was so good that this season was always going to be a let down for me- I really wanted to see Pierre eating sausages, Lewis finding out who the phantom bleeper was, the scenes in the Alfa garage when the Zhou news was leaked early, Kimi and the water system, inspector Seb… there were just too many things to count.
On top of that, after 2 seasons of RB no 2 drivers being dropped, would be good to see Checo’s induction into the team, plus Carlos at Ferrari, especially considering they covered Daniel’s first year at McLaren would have been an interesting comparison.
And… and… Brazil?!? Nothing about the Merc party engine.
There’s just so much I wish they’d covered
The teams are deffo pulling back, they didn’t make reference to anything the true F1 fans wanted

Strongly agree. They could have extended episodes, and gave enough coverage to each team. The lack of Seb and Checo's content really bugged me. Now maybe the teams have chosen to not take part in..
