The fage looks gross! Like cottage cheese! Also, did anyone else notice how the “pancake” is pushed up to the edge of the plate to make it look like it’s filling the plate up? When in actual fact it’s bloody tiny.

They added flexi syns for target members, but idea was that they were used on “healthy syns” rather than having an extra glass of wine or bag of crisps. Fiona is around the same target I was at, so would possibly get 2 extra days of flexi syns. She bangs on about them like they are a definite part of the plan, but she advertises them all wrong!
I watched a programme yesterday about blending fruit (lockdown boredom ) and the man was saying that blending fruit actually lessons the amount of fibre on the fruit. They showed an example with prunes, you could eat 8 whole prunes and get plenty of fibre but to drink the equivalent Ian juice form would be about 8 litres!!

This has been playing on my mind since yesterday and seeing so many stories of the boys just in their nappies..... Nicola you are a grown woman who really should know that the world sadly is rife with paedophiles and other unsavoury people and you are over exposing your precious toddler boys to this kind of attention whether you think you are or not. As an open Instagram account with over 150K followers how do you know that they all follow you for genuine reasons (they are not your friends despite your gushing self indulgent post last week). Just because they aren't dirty old men it doesn't mean to say they aren't viewing your boys with wrong intentions. Nicola.... paedophiles come in all shapes, sizes, ages, gender... Yes Nicola.... not all pweirdo's are dirty old men hanging round the school gates preying on teenagers..... some of them have very 'niche' perversions and your boys and other peoples boys and girls who also do the same as you would be in that category. For us normal folk who would never look at a child in such a way it horrifies us that there are people out there that get sexual gratification from babies, toddlers, children, teenagers..... you only have to read the news to see what a fucked up world we live in....... as a mother and grandmother I am horrified and disturbed by the fact she not only exposes them on a daily basis fully clothed but also almost naked ...... If you don't care about your boys and their welfare Nicola then your stupid mother should.... if my son or DIL was parading my grandson half naked on the internet for any old random to see I'd be furious.... Paedophiles are and can be anywhere and everywhere..... a lad I knew growing up, one of the nicest you could meet from a good family.... years down the line got sent to prison for having pornographic images of children on his computer - you would never ever know or think he would have such thoughts....... someone my son went to school with - only 20 he's been sent to prison for interfering with young primary school kids.

So Nicola if you are reading here and you can't stop posting pics of your kids please, please keep them fully clothed because your kids are not immune from the dark side of the net... even though you might think they are .....

Can I ask did they mention about vegetables in soup? That always confused me about SW that you can’t smoothie fruit have to syn it, but you can make a batch of “smoothied” veg and that be free ?
