Wow I haven’t had this since I was about 12 , I used to have it with fizzy water, craving it now!

I LOVE sparkling water with ice and lemon. Like I'm obsessed haha. I never understood the appeal of sparkling water until about 2 or 3 years ago now I love it. I also use soda water or sparkling water with cordial as I just love the fizz

I had a cheese sandwich - sadly the lettuce was all off so it was just cheese and bread and butter - looked like something from a kids choice meal box from a canteen on a fun day out. Ah well. They were always tasty though to my little self!
I've just had a delicious lunch, which was just fried vegetables, but so good. I had leftover steamed new potatoes, sliced them up and fried them with sliced mushrooms, kale, garlic, fennel seeds and chilli in a bit of olive oil. Salt and PLENTY of pepper (not really, just a normal amount). It was super tasty and used up those potatoes plus the remainder of a large bag of kale.
I could really do with some chocolate now to get me through the most boring work project I've had the misfortune on working on in months. But alas, there is no chocolate in the house and it's still chucking it down here , which rules out a walk to the shop, so I guess a cup of chai will have to do.
Might have to do takeaway for dinner. Mr Bosch is working very late and I have little food in the house (delivery due tomorrow). He's gluten-free, so when he's gone, me and the kids can indulge in gluten-heaven (pizza! veggie burgers!) The world is truly our oyster tonight.

On a more serious note @crystaleyesd - If you do have time in Paris there are some interesting exhibitions at the Centre Pompidou and if it is not too morbid for you (?) The Père Lachaise cemetry is also really fascinating, history, art, statues and wonderful sculptures, don't bother with an expensive guided tour. Do have a Croque Monsieur or Madame and cheers to you with a home made citronnade.
Sadly all I've seen so far are lots of petit Citroëns. Jack wouldn't enjoy it here at all.
