Yeah maybe it was because Mike was appointed as CEO and it helped to be 15 miles up the road if he has to go to all the branches, including one in Leeds

I have to say I really like the furdeforce instagram, probably because we see all of the pets and a bit more of River interacting with them. It would be nice if it was used a bit more!
Her hair looks really healthy in her August favourites video. It’s funny, I watched that and then noticed one of fried hair Tanya Burr’s hair ads.
It looks like Mike's Dad still owns the farming business and says he lives in Yorkshire now (I'm sure Fleur's mentioned that before when they've been to visit)
I watched the potty training video earlier and really respected how much she emphasised that she was just sharing her experience rather than offering 'tips' or 'advice'... there are many Mummy Floggers who could learn a thing or two from her!

She's changed her tune on that a little though (understandably, after two years experience and probably some of that humbling); before I stopped watching her and when River was a baby, Fleur did sometimes act as if she was an expert on all things baby because of all the expensive stuff she had bought and got sent. But again, I think ACTUAL motherhood and not products is what made her wise up on this. Which yes, is more than we can say about most mummy vloggers I guess :-D
I was really enjoying her content during lockdown, but it's gone back to being super boring again.

She seemed to genuinely like Louise waaayyy back, even before Louise and Zoe became as big as they did. There are some early videos of the two of them and one or two where Zoe tagged along, and it was always awkward because yeah, Fleur and Zoe never clicked. Then at some point, there seemed to be some fallout between Fleur and Louise; old GGers will remember Louise's passive-aggressive comments on Fleur's wedding day - and this was before Fleur decided that YouTube friends aren't real friends; she still had some of them at her wedding, but not Louise.
Oh what did Louise say?
On the morning of Fleur's wedding she kept tweeting stuff like "Oh I'm so glad I have NOTHING to do today and can spend it with my family" and it seemed very...weird, because she knew it was Fleur's wedding day and she knew people had been wondering what had happened between the two of them. Not to mention the fact that there were Youtubers at the wedding she knew quite well at the time too. I don't follow Louise at all these days but back then this was how she dealt with stuff online.
I remember they seemed really friendly around the time they both announced they were pregnant as it was within a few weeks of each other, but I've just checked and fleur follows louise on Instagram but louise doesn't follow her!
I remember Louise getting similarly passive aggressive on Tanya’s wedding day, which she was also not invited to. Makes one think.
I think Louise also posted something like “good luck today” to Fleur on Twitter the day she went into hospital to have River, even though Fleur hadn’t publicised the date. Everyone knew she was in hospital then.
