its the way these “bodybuilders” pretend to love their food….. “my fave” when it’s 2 fried eggs and egg whites. A fave… really tho?! 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

No seasoning, no salt and pepper nothing. Bet they don't even take the 'eye' out of the eggs (afro Caribbean folks would know) 😩😩

Does anyone use Empower with Emma Fitness I think it is? I did enquire but there’s no pricing literally anywhere which puts me off! Had a baby June ‘23 and still on part time hours so I just want to know if I can afford it or not 😂

She has her own thread under emmafituk in case you’re interested.

I actually had her as a coach on the lead up to my wedding 3 years ago. It was £150 a month which was so much for actually what you got. I followed the plans exactly but didn’t get outstanding results for the cost tbh. Maybe it’s because I was doing the home workout version. The recipes were good yeah but not worth that amount of money in my opinion.

I used Beckikeegan and she was fab, she was £200 for the first 3 months and £150pm after (might have upped her prices a little since). Her plan was completely tailored to the kit I had available and checkins were thorough plus she supported me with any question, help with form etc that I had. It was a lot for me to pay but I found it great value
