I love the cake jars and the blondies! When they’re open I think the cupcakes are really good too because they all have fillings which I don’t think you get in many places

Love the brownies but the order confirmation .. lol xox hehehe hun... is tweeny bopper their brand ? Never mind not 30 yet

I ordered the hazelnut treat box. (I think it was) absolutely Devine.... cake jar was dry but nothing a blast in the microwave didn’t solve!

I've never posted before, and can see why people might find the girls a bit annoying, but I have tried A LOT of their cakes and so had to comment.

Cookies - tried the regular and hazelnut, thought they were rubbish, FAR too cakey for me.
Cake jars - choc - amazing; vanilla and jam - lush (sooo moist); sticky toffee - out of this world; lotus and caramel - a bit dry and disappointing. It might help that I usually freeze what I order and then defrost, which might add moisture??
Brownies - caramel - okay, but I don't like the crunchy/chewy bits on top; orange - SO good; raspberry - not as good as I hoped, but had hyped these up; regular choc - V nice!!
Blondies - loutus - v good; raspberry - decent; Nutella - v, v nice

Always find the blondies/brownies to be very moist and generally enjoy the cake jars.

Am I now going to buy the new treat box on payday? Absolutely!

Would like to try a George's Bakery box to see what they're like, but they are SO expensive!

I have ordered from George's many times and also used to go to his stalls.
(I currently have some sitting in my fridge actually)
And definitely recommend them. They are expensive though and I think around £7 of it is the postage because the box is so heavy!

I don’t rate their blondies but I don’t know if I just don’t like them in general?

Love their brownies though. Not mad on their cakes or cake jars either.

I just always find they go too OTT with products they bring out. It’s like they’re constantly trying to be different and it’s just over the top.
There’s a shop in Accrington called sweetest thing bakery and the wedding cakes she makes are absolutely beautiful. She’s different but in the great way. FB are very niche.

Did anyone else notice the other day there was a question asked to them 'does anyone other than you two (the twins) decorate the cakes?' and they said no, they had trained Isabelle and the other girl (Tess or something?) but they both left 🤣

Don't tempt me 😂 - his boxes do look good and I love the variety that's on offer!

I’ve had a cake from Sweetest Thing Cakery before and it collapsed. When I complained the owner was so rude to me, I wouldn’t recommend. Heard a few horror stories like this from there

Has anyone ordered cakes from ‘Ridiculously Rich By Alana’ ? She won the Apprentice a few years back but has bought out Alan Sugar’s initial investment . She has her core classic range and special boxes, she’s also really polite and professional as well and took time to personally reply to a message I’d sent asking if she was going to bring back her gorgeous Malteser tiffin. I’ve ordered from her for myself and also for presents, highly recommended.
