This is exactly what I thought!Singling our teachers is really weird in that post because there’s loads of jobs where you don’t have to work between Christmas and new year?! There are loads of office jobs where the offices are closed in that time, my Mum and sister were saying today they are actually forced to take those days as annual leave because their offices are closed and they work in different industries. If anything it’s probably specific to retail/hospitality jobs that you’re required to work between Christmas and new year?
My Mum is off too and my Sister would be too of she hadn't changed jobs.
Both in completely different jobs!
