To be quite honest even if you completely disregard the whole paperwork 1* thing… the way they commented about having a 3* rating shows exactly what is wrong with their attitude. Complaining about being marked down for sweets in wrappers, exposed wood, chipped kitchen aids… well yes because all of those things ARE lowering hygiene 
why act pissy about it, what they think they’re that special that they’re exempt or something? All their ‘fans’ commenting saying ‘doN’T taKe NoTiCE quEEns, eVERyone Can sEE You arE SO hygIENiC’ 
….well actually no.. they aren’t with a 3* rating. There are plenty of other bakeries who bake cakes that manage 5*. Oh and just because everything in that shop is new that doesn’t mean tit, so why even mention it

Buuut that's still comes under the same thing. Doesn't matter if you're moving in a day or 4 weeks. It's still the same rules
I have followed the twins for years, and always supported them in whatever they have done e.g. Their book, the bakery move, their website launch, and Harvey Nics. i used to stand in a queue for hours every week, and I can honestly say they give of a really witchy vibe. Almost as if they are superior to everyone else. When you go to the bakery it is extremely rare to even see the twins, and if you do they won’t even make eye contact with you. And the Whole finch fession thing really cringes me out, and Some of their replies just show how rude they are. Also, they put their personal instagrams on private, but then Continue to over share on the bakery account Of their massive houses, posh cars, holidays, and their children. They have to remember that the reason they have this popularity and money is because of their supporters (which they are very quickly loosing)

from when I have seen them in the shop (years ago) I actually thought they came across so socially awkward. And when Tessa used to do lives was it not a regular topic of conversation how they hated serving customers? Tessa and Isabel used to always do it. I think they said they only do the celebration cakes now. All the small stuff is done in their warehouse in Accrington

Sorry I don't feel 'sorry' the same as I wouldn't my fave take away or local cafe etc. one small thing leads to another when you're invincible.
It is SO easy to get a 5 star hygiene rating, you just have to care about what you’re doing. For them, I think it’s always been a way to make big money - overpriced, over-hyped tit baking - and they don’t actually care about it anymore.
She should be thankful that it is just before her wedding tbh, as it’s clearly given her an excuse for sympathy to try to take some heat away from a 1* rating. Bet Isabel is pissing herself at their tit show. Isabel literally bakes the exact same stuff, yet she’s managed a 5* and not a 3*
They can make all the excuses in the world, if you’ve been round from the days they did their live videos all the time, you’ll know how grim their hygiene is. They used to be on live while decorating cakes, yet constantly touching their faces, hair, phone, clothes, you name it, and no gloves in sight
Ewwwwwwwww, I’ve been to their shop once for a cake jar and it was rubbish. I was more shocked they got a 3 last time and this time they are claiming they’ll be a 5 but they got a 3 last time. Surely as a fairly new business when they first opened and got inspected you’d do everything you could do make it a 5* for your first inspection and keep it up. I honestly wouldn’t eat in a place that’s a 3* eurghhhhh‘Some’ confidence in management hahahahaha.
