I have watched her from the start I dont understand why they sold their lovely pink house near Cannes and now moved into a caravan , bit strange , but she is genuine and lovely

They flip houses - they did it with their Doncaster house and again with the French villa. It sounds like the next will be another project. With his business/contacts in trade, I bet they make a fortune.

She actually talked a while ago about not mentioning dieting in front of the children. But she mentions enough other stuff about food that it negates it!

Not sure about the trashy comment?! Seems a bit harsh. She's fine as far as I can tell.

I found it really weird that Ryan's staff used to live in the house with them, even if it was in the guest flat. She was doing their washing!

It’s guess it’s totally fine to be trashy If that’s the look you are going for. Going to London to get bladdered and looking like a dogs dinner in the middle of the afternoon in your designer gear is trashy IMHO. No need to film yourself getting trollied.
I don’t want to turn this into an anti rave thread, but wanted to answer why I called her trashy when goes home or with her friends. I don’t think she’s trashy all the time.

Like @dressagediva mentioned, she really has turned herself around quite a lot since her TM appearance, and she does deserve credit for that. If she started to learn to speak French it will open so many doors for her. I hope she gets enough confidence to go for it. I know she says she always struggled with school, but she’s probably a lot smarter than she thinks she is.

Well Ryan and Fern actually never makes any mention of him. Nothing. Not at christmas or Birthdays. They have briefly shown his brother and spoken of his sister and a grand parent was once mentioned but mum and dad never.

I think she feels a bit lost now that the kids are getting older. She's missing a structure and a purpose in her daily life. Something she probably found in her garden in their house before.
Everyone else in the family is settled with a job or school, they have daily contacts with colleagues or classmates. The kids have their friends that they see after school. And Fern is just trying to fill her days with meaningless activities and she knows it. She's not happy and probably lonely, you can tell... Especially when she mentioned, she would love to take the kids out of school so they could learn from life.
That's more for her benefit than for the kids, to stop her feeling lonely and make her feel wanted.
But I don't think the kids are up for that, except maybe if they could game all day, watch tiktoks and go shopping. A lot of kids wouldn't mind that

I work in construction in France, there are a lot of illegal workers around the Côte d'Azur, a lot have worked in Britain so speak English and Ryan doesn't speak a word of French, and the jobs he is doing aren't big earners once you take out social charges at 46% on every euro made. This is where expats come unstuck, If you don't keep up to date with the payments the government will hold your bank accounts until you do. Something isn't right behind the facade, fernie doesn't seem to be the kind of women to move from a villa into an apartment, don't they have two kids and pets. In my opinion their life is fake unless they have parents helping them out. If one thinks about it, they left Doncaster and went to the French Rivera in their mid thirties.

Definitely not. I think the woman that's always with her is the hired help.
Yeah I think Fern and hubby like an audience and have tried over the years to get onto TV.
Also , not sure if she still dies, but Nancy has an Instagram account, run by mum obvs, that showcases kids clothing. She must get given alot and there's alot of ads and aff too.

Can't believe they were only 23 and 21 when they got married! I know that used to be normal but it's about 10 years sooner than most these days.

Wonder whether she's sharing this article because she's angling to redo their 'wedding' as a vow renewal and have a big do for content.

I think they went to see him once at his static caravan but that’s going back a bit. But that moss farm is where they lived in the caravan when they was on don’t tell the bride. I’m sure their was some scandal about polish workers and not paying them correctly as well.

The family seem to be loving life right now, It'll be interesting to see where the next year takes them, I'm getting the impression they're quite keen to get started on house buying despite saying they'd take the summer off.

Just watched the newest vlog taking you to supermarkets in France - quite interesting but I think Fern thinks she's a TV reporter - I realise this was the first time she had done something like this but it was very laboured! And she is still focussing on all the 'treats' and then the 'good stuff' - watched around half of it and gave up it was too long. It could have been a mini series 10-15 mins per shop then a roundup and comparison of prices. In fact I rarely watch anything over 15-18 minutes - time is a factor for many so if I see it's longer than that I don't actually watch at all. Oh and only half those who watch the videos are subscribers so please subscribe it helps the channel out????

Oh yeah of course but they still are paying rent for the house they're living in and in the area they are that can't be cheap.

Ita good to see someone who hates consumerism ,as per their statement in a recent vlog, not taking advantage of it whilst in the states.

I turned last weeks vlog off halfway through, it wasn't of interest to me and i just couldnt watch it and I won't be watching this week's either.
