They have just returned from the UK and Fern has had so much filler put into her cheeks that she can hardly move her face and her eyes have disappeared!!

If that’s correct about Ryan’s business (and the other ones he had in the UK) then what the hell is she thinking to keep on spending, especially for such non necessary things as cheek filler.

Most extremely rich people I know don't have any social media presence and ask not to be included in other peoples posts because they are classy and or they have been advised from a PR / security point of view . Many have employed “ people” to clean up the internet about them too .

That vlog of the Carlton was a bit tragic ! I’ve stayed there with work , it really isn't that fancy , those two sitting there like princesses saying how reasonable the prices are , tone deaf !!

However, I do think they've had some sort of a falling out. When Fern and Ryan's bid on that house they wanted so badly didn't materialize, the last we saw of this couple was on Fern's vlog, with them having dinner at their home, shortly after they lost the bid. Over the last year or so, I've occasionally looked at this person's Instagram page and saw posts about endless partying on the boat, in different restaurants, and Fern and Ryan were never present. I forgot all about it until I looked at Rachel Ward's page recently, saw at least two different party situations with this person and, again, Fern was not present. I even went to this person's Instagram page, and she was still up and posting the holiday tea at the time....Rachel Ward was there, this person went all around the table and there was no Fern in sight! I'd say in the last week or two is when this lady deleted her Instagram page.

Maybe Fern and Ryan and didn't appreciate their "consumerism" - LOL!!

Yep I saw that. I reckon they're getting some sort of kickback for advertising these trips. Fern on her YouTube and the other one on her insta. They need to make sure they mark them #ad or #prtrip.

Do you think they made a mistake with the kitchen planning and forgot they had moved the dishwasher from one side to another? They could have put in a wine fridge or something to cover that kind of mistake...surely? Or is this a niche French thing I have never heard of?

Agreed! It doesn't help that the colors she favors are old lady pink and green, so 90's. I guess she'd probably say they prioritized their children's rooms.......but I bet money is tight at this point, too. I don't think that chest of drawers will be there once she gets all her closets built in as she said they were going to wrap around the two walls. I would feel so claustrophobic in there - they don't even have nightstands and no room, that I can see, to even place them.

Once the built in wardrobes wrap round the walls there will be ven less room in there. Another thing I've noticed is the shutters are always shut. No daylight coming through. It's the SOF for gods sake open the windows and let some air in. Mind you it is on a busy road with constant traffic so that doesn't help, but it's the property they bought so they just gotta suck that up. Her mums house is beautifully pulled together and her friend Holly has a couple of beautifully decorated homes but Fern just spends all her time on herself and what the inside of cupboards and her fridge looks like.

She definitely uses a preset with flattering lighting in Premier Pro. But she also gets botox and probably regular facials, so her skin will be good anyway - you can tell in unedited tagged pics on Insta.

I've tried searching for the episode of Don't tell the bride , can't find it. I remember when Fern was on This morning tho. She did not come over well.

Well my mam always watches her you tube with them being from here. And she is like a lot of people seem to be on this thread on/off again with them. I think some things she really enjoys others not so much. So I sent her link to this thread. And said to her I’d tried looking for dads courts things on Google and I thought they had been took off. Then she said Weston-smith and that’s when it came up. im unsure why he’s smith.

The health and safety in the reno job is horrendous! No hard hats while working on high ceilings? How can nobody think about lead paint? They’ve already been exposed to that and mould over and over stripping down walls and floors, etc.

Shall I tell her or will you? That bed is hideous. It's way too big for the bedroom, they can barely get passed it and the fugly chest of drawers.
It's shocking to me that she really isn't able to put a room together to look . Even in the pink house the living room, kitchen their bedroom wasn't nice. The living room/kitchen in this house is nothing at the moment. I think it's because A, they never actually fully finish anything and B, it's all just a mish mash of odd bits and bobs and nothing goes together. There's no artwork or rugs or ornaments, no lamps and no furniture other than an odd settee and a rocking chair, no curtains, please god she doesnt hang those old bits of lacey nets up, nothing that pulls a room together.

Another vlog about food??? She's totally obsessed and so is her BFF. At this point I'm questioning what sort of home environment she's nurturing, where the focus is always on food and only eating certain anti inflammatory items. Not a good example for her daughter.

Interesting to hear Fern touch on how they are mortgage free in today's vlog.
I guess many people could be mortgage free if they bankrupted every company they start and have the loans associated with those companies wiped clean. Fern and Ryan are mortgage free thanks to the bankruptcy system/laws, as well as the vendors who didn't get paid, not because either one of them are some type of financial or property ladder genius!

That’s exactly who they are and what they do. A recent vlog shows them paying €330 for a weeks shop as if it was normal - I guess they haven’t learnt.

I really don’t understand why they had to travel back on Christmas eve and Christmas day. Would be much easier after Boxing day. They dropped into Covent Garden from St. PANCREAS to Gatwick? There is a direct train from St. P. and it takes 45 mins. What a rubbish time for no reason at all.
