She needs a job. One that isn't YouTube. She's an adult and I find it so strange that she doesn't ever seem to have had one.

Agreed! It doesn't help that the colors she favors are old lady pink and green, so 90's. I guess she'd probably say they prioritized their children's rooms.......but I bet money is tight at this point, too. I don't think that chest of drawers will be there once she gets all her closets built in as she said they were going to wrap around the two walls. I would feel so claustrophobic in there - they don't even have nightstands and no room, that I can see, to even place them.Shall I tell her or will you? That bed is hideous. It's way too big for the bedroom, they can barely get passed it and the fugly chest of drawers.
It's shocking to me that she really isn't able to put a room together to look. Even in the pink house the living room, kitchen their bedroom wasn't nice. The living room/kitchen in this house is nothing at the moment. I think it's because A, they never actually fully finish anything and B, it's all just a mish mash of odd bits and bobs and nothing goes together. There's no artwork or rugs or ornaments, no lamps and no furniture other than an odd settee and a rocking chair, no curtains, please god she doesnt hang those old bits of lacey nets up, nothing that pulls a room together.

Is that the woman who exposes her little baby and a poor dog to direct sunlight on boats all day? Ugh. She is insufferable. The poor kid never looks happy. I see she has a nanny in the latest vlog. I bet her job is awful working for her. She may want to look like a wrinkled old prune by the time she hits 50 (you can see the horrendous and irreversible sun damage on her chest already), but to do that to her innocent baby is disgusting. Hello skin cancer in your 20’s to that poor kid. We all know sunblock isn’t enough, and especially where they live. Ignorant and proud.

It was a bay of disabled spaces. There were other people there, but I can’t comment on them as they could have had disabled passengers, etc. The excuse of “it’s just for ten minutes” doesn’t wash. I am sure they were there half an hour faffing around filming.
Reminds me of a woman who pulled up next to me in a disabled bay to pop into Starsucks, and when I pulled her up on it after she got her sugar water, she said she completely understood because her parents are disabled.

Her subscribers might go up a bit after another feature in Nikki's vlog.
This property is nothing more than a flip. No way are they gonna stay here for long. They won't find it easy to sell on tho with the man living in the room downstairs. It would make me very very uncomfortable with him being there and bringing their kids to it as well. It may have been cheap but I think unless they get him out it will be an impossible situation.
See she's off on another cruise with her mate. She's lucky Ryan is able to hold the fort while she's away, especially as they're doing work in the flat as well.

Now it all makes sense. She didn't go to French lessons because she wanted to, she went because her friend was going, and our fern wasn't gonna be outdone.

I’m a bit confused - is this a house or an apartment..? Recently they refer to it as an apartment? If so am surprised that’s what they went with after all the villas they looked at. I love Fern but those outfits she wears to do work in..I could never not in a construction zone (well I could not wear those to a gym I am so self conscious lol).

That sadly doesn't surprise me.
I know what biohacking is - being healthy is great. But the people who get into it always seem to go down the tinfoil hat road.
Both I think. The dog had a spinal injury and is now pishing itself all day hence the mop and bucket that's left out all day every day and the need for tiled floors and no rugs. Must smell delightful because no matter what anyone says urine penetrates and leaves an odor. She may not be able to smell it because they've gotten used to it.Does one of her dogs have incontinence, or does she not take them out enough? It needs to see a vet. That poor dog.
Also can I just say, they knew about construction and all major works pausing in the summer because they mentioned it in other vlogs.
I think this is gonna be one of those properties that never really gets finished til they wanna sell it on. Don't hold your breath for a big reveal.
The pink house was pretty basic inside tbh, they had that god awful wood burner stuck in the middle of the living room, the kids rooms were finished nicely but the rest of the house was bland. Their was no soft furnishings or nice artwork or ornaments. I think she spends more time and money on what she looks like rather than what her living space looks like.
No way in this world would I take my kids to a new property with the previous, clearly unwell, owner in the basement.

After what seemed like a promising start Ryan's youtube building vlogs have already trailed off, a bit like ferns fitness channel Strawberry walnut or whatever it was called. I bet all the people that paid to download her healthy eating programme are pissed. Don't hear any mention of her Patreon either......has that trailed off as well? Or just no takers? Flakey these two no staying power.
