I’ve just looked at her bio for the first time in a long time and it definitely seems as though she’s making it a business account. All things teddy’s legacy. So I can’t imagine she ever will start to talk about “O”! She probably has a personal account for that...

She does, all her insta Faves are following. Give it a try and you’ll be blocked 🤷‍♀️ It’s alright Elle, all us minions who were cheering you on, bought your first book etc, forget about us, we’re nothing to you, right?

Here we are the book promo begins! I don’t know who the other two women are who share their stories but little Norfolk cottage is another white, wealthy, privileged instahun who is apparently the only person ever to have had a TMFR. Her story has been on every podcast and even loose women (she has lots of media connections having been an actress). Instead of seeking out someone else Elle will be rehashing her story in her bland book! Don’t get me wrong, it’s great that she speaks out about it but having had a TMFR every time I see it covered somewhere I am interested and 9/10 times it’s Zara Dawson (little Norfolk cottage) again.
One of the things that first didn’t sit well with me about Elle was her shadiness about her own TMFR (the baby she lost after Teddy died). She really skims over it in her blog post and book and then at other times says it was a miscarriage. This adds to the whole taboo about TMFR. I can’t imagine how awful it was for her, my first child is alive and it still left me in bits, it must have felt so unfair and is unbelievably sad. Yet in her new book she is using someone else’s experience?

I was looking at social blade last night. She’s been regularly losing followers recently. There’s many more people losing interest in her.

I just can’t understand her releasing a book like this when we know she doesn’t want anyone to engage with her directly with questions 😞 surely she’ll be inundated by those who read it. I hope she has a better/more polite system in place for dealing with it than she has currently!

I had no idea she had a termination, I thought it was a miscarriage!

And blossoming birds gushing that she “can’t wait to read it” 🙄 . Seems a little inappropriate to write words suggesting she’s SO excited to read it like it’s some kind of juicy read.

I just checked, even before I saw your post - one of the women is black (the rest are white) who writes for Sky News, Huffington Post, Grazia & Metro.

And I thought the baby she lost after Teddy was a miscarriage too. I'll have to go back and read that blog post again.

She talks in very vague terms saying they had scans and then the consultant called with bad news, she talks about incompatible with life and signing forms. I mean obviously I don’t know all the facts as she is so vague and perhaps while they were making the decision she did have a miscarriage. It’s very possible, the head midwife at my hospital said to me 50 years ago you would most likely have had a later miscarriage and we would never have known why. But I just hate how she is so vague and hints at it. The conversation about TMFR has started to open up a lot more recently but I feel like Elle did nothing to help with that.

Maybe she needs to clarify she wrote the book entirely before the baby was born, as everyone has commented how amazing that she's written a book with a newborn and she's had to correct them all, good for engagement though.
I will add though I've had to TFMR and there are still some people that don't know the truth as there would be definite judgement, even though our daughter had Edwards and wouldn't have survived they still would think we should have carried on with pregnancy, so I do sort of understand the vagueness around it, even if its not right to judge, there is still a taboo around it.

I was going to comment and say exactly that to her but comments have been limited 🙄

I was waiting to see how she handled the book announcement and it’s all so lack lustre and zero effort. Not her talking on stories about it or holding the book.. just images. Which she isn’t even in. And she’s changed her profile pic to the book... whoever said it up-thread you’re totally right. Clearly she’s selling this book because she had a two book deal and will then disappear (although I do think she would miss the attention). She’s not trying to engage followers or share anything about her actual life at all.
