Open faced sandwich made with a potato waffle oven cooked with added cheese on top.
Another sandwich which I love is wholemeal or multi seeded bread with bacon and fresh beetroot, just yum.
Went to a pub local to me before lockdown and had the most beautiful club sandwich for lunch. They put piles of pulled rotisserie chicken and crispy streaky bacon in it 
tried to recreate it at home with leftover roast chicken which was nice, but wasn't quite the same.

Ooh I love pulled pork with BBQ sauce so will try that with chicken. Another favourite of mine by the way, BBQ pulled pork on a brioche bun with coleslaw.
A local cafe near me used to bake tuna sandwiches in ciabatta. I really liked the taste and asked what was in it. The owner said he mixed BBQ sauce with the mayo.

Egg mayo and cress has always been my favourite. I now make a vegan version with tofu instead of egg!

The plates alone make me gag, and that’s before you get to the crisps and breadbut I saw it on twitter and it made me laugh and come here.

Onion sandwiches, preferably made with sweet onions like Vidalia, in good buttered bread with salt and pepper. Also, can add smelly cheese like a Munster for a change and to add protein. Served with a cold beer. Rye, pumpernickel or sourdough bread is particularly good with the cheese version.
Prets Tuna and cucumber baguette. I don't know what they do the tuna but It tastes better than any tuna mayo I could make.
Also love a pastrami on rye with American style mustard, heavy on gherkins and Swiss cheese.
And lastly subways steak and cheese. Did you know you could get them to add mini hash browns to it? I got that the other day. Footlong steak and cheese with most of the salad and mini hash browns

I don’t know what they put in their tuna but these are various things I add to tuna mayo to ramp it up - Dijon mustard, hot sauce and bbq sauce.Prets Tuna and cucumber baguette. I don't know what they do the tuna but It tastes better than any tuna mayo I could make.

Ahh see if I was making it at home I'd splash in a bit of Frank's Red Hot or even Tartar sauce. I can't seem to get the flavour and texture they use??!
You could try pickle juice too. What is the texture like? I also put chopped onion in mine and chopped celery if I have any. It’s a very American thing to do. I like the crunch. I do the same with egg mayo but not tried the BBQ sauce there.
Edit I just looked online and found something that said in their tuna flatbread recipe they put anchovies and capers
