I love an M&S prawn mayo, or tuna & cucumber. Can't go wrong with a jam sandwich either.

Pan fried halloumi with sliced tomatoes, garlic mayo and spinach (can also add some hummus!) or Goats cheese, red onion, feta and rocket/spinach
Both on brown or seeded bread
