I found this in Twitter and I thought it could start a discussion. One of my favourites is No. 2, but I would add things like onion and chilli jam to mine. No. 22 is another favourite. I add celery, onion hot sauce and curry powder to my version.

I only discovered Brie at the start of the year (Tesco meal deal sandwich, classy...), and you’ve just reminded me that I keep bloody forgetting to buy some to make a warm Brie and bacon baguette at home!

Tuna, peppers, sweetcorn, mayo, salad.
This, in my avatar, is a cheese open faced sandwich baked in the oven. The bread is first spread with butter, mayo and Dijon or whole grain mustard (can leave mayo out) and baked for about about 6 minutes. Then add sliced cheese and bake again until cheese has melted. Can also add sliced ham if liked. It’s easy and luxurious. Kind of like a rarebit but not as complicated. Not my pictures but taken from the site where I found the recipe.

Sausage or ham for savoury with lots of butter. Jam if I’m craving sweet!
Crayfish with rocket - used to do them in Waitrose but haven't seen them for a while, bloody gorgeous!
