No Iv not tried that will try and get a sample of it! I was in Trafford centre last week and Selfridges, Boots and the perfume shops didn’t have that Guerlain perfume that was posted above! Iv ordered a sample online now for £6 😂
What capacity has the sample for £6?

Had anyone tried Narcisco Rodriguez - musc noir rose? Have smelt it on others and love it but learned the hard way about that before… usually a myrrh and tonka girl but need a change
Yeah I like it, I considered getting it. Might eventually.

I layered some scents together after my shower the other day and got 7 compliments in a day (2 from strangers). The combo created a deliciously sweet, cosy and warm scent profile. Perfect for Autumn.

Here's what I used:

Right out of the shower, I put Sol De Janeiro Bum Bum skin tightening cream on my body (awful name lol, but amazing fragrance; pistachio, salted caramel and vanilla). After I towel tried myself, I put Kayali Vanilla 28 perfume (Vanilla, tonka, brown sugar) on my pulse points. When I got dressed, I sprayed some Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Crush Cheirosa '62 body mist (same scent as Bum Bum cream) on my clothes.
I love the kayali perfumes. I think theyre all vanilla heavy. Im only testing but am not impressed with their staying power for the price.

So someone gave me a gift of a trio of mini Ted Baker fragrances. They're not amazing but they're sweet and inoffensive so I figured they'd be perfect for a halfway through the work day freshen up... except when I opened them I realised there's no sprays, just a little plastic disc with a hole in it!
My question is, can I fill a little refillable atomiser from that kind of bottle or does it have to be a normal spray bottle to fill those?

Would you say scent box is worth it? Is there a lot of choice?
Apologies, I missed your question - I personally am loving it, they have a lot of choice incl. niche brands which no shops near me have. They seem to be adding to their lists regularly, certainly since I've joined they've added the Platinum tier which includes more expensive and niche brands. I only get one sample a month which is plenty for me but it's really easy to adjust your subscription.

I think when i was looking round and comparing the different sample companies e.g. Scentbird etc, Scentbox had more niche brands, plus they ship to the UK.

I also love the cases the samples come in and will clean them out and reuse them when empty.

Oh, you also get points each month which you can save up to buy full-sizes.

In other news, I've recently acquired Estée Lauder Bronze Goddess - I was fully expecting not to like this and was going to send back (got from QVC) but I actually think it's lovely. Brilliant for summer.

I also was browsing M&S perfumes online (birthday money burning a hole in my pocket) and thought I'd try Monotheme Pomegranate. £18.99.
The packaging appealed to me and it's a lovely bottle, reminiscent of Penhaligons but cheaper. It's ok, I'll wear it, it's fruity obviously, and quite light. But there's a note in it that makes me think of aerosol deodorant - like the smell of the propellant?
I hadn't heard of Monotheme before, M&S have quite a few of them on the website and I'd be interested in going in-store somewhere and trying the others.

@jawidjanqndn hi if you Google Zara dupes there is a recent article dated this month I think that lists them plus the perfume they most resemble. It’s really helpful xx

Husband has bought me D&G Q for Christmas. I tried out a few before I bought it (I buy it and he pays- means I never get a duff gift!) but I kept going back to it- it’s lovely.

My favourite winter perfume was always Marc Jacobs Lola, any recommendations for similar? Preferably cheaper, finances aren’t what they used to be.
Señora Ajmal has similar note and the opening is very similar, but it is not much cheaper I don't think.

Potentially also Wow! Joop, as it also has pepper, rose and sandalwood, and this should be a more affordable choice.

Does anyone know if they’re opening other stores? My closest is Manchester but it’s still too far ☹ and no online website yet either!

My partner’s mum has asked to surprise her with a perfume for Christmas. She likes powdery, floral scents - I have no idea what to go for! Can anyone recommend any safe options? Feeling very overwhelmed by all the Black Friday sales 😭

My Gypsy Water sample arrives tomorrow and I literally can’t wait! I tried it in the shop last week and absolutely loved it. Also tried Replica Coffee Break by Maison Margiela but I didn’t buy it because it looked like it would wear off quickly. Does anyone on here have any Replicas, what’s their staying power like?
I find their staying power poor but the scents are fun - I might splurge on one again sometime but would probably go for something lighter and more summery that I'd be more inclined to reapply rather than something more wintery as I love very deep, long-lasting fragrances at this time of year.

Does anyone in the UK know if Bath and Body Works are only sold online from Next, or can you purchase them in store?

I live in Ireland, Next won't ship the Bath and Body Works line to addresses in the Republic but I am planning on going up to the North next week.

It’s so interesting how different people can smell the same perfume completely different from each other.

For me BR 540 smells horrible, absolutely vile, like a hospital or dentist office or something connected to medical. I tried it a few times each time thinking that maybe it’s gonna be somehow different from previous but no. It’s taking me straight back to hospital medicine cabinet.

My friend has given me some ideas for her 13 yr old for Christmas and one of them is scents ….

I have boys so no idea what girls like ? My budget is £20. Any help please . What do 13 yr girls like to wear ? Is Sol de janeiro mist? So?
My almost 12 year old loves Millie Bobby Brown's perfume "Wildly me". She also has Billie Eilish first scent.

Jo Malone wood sage & sea salt today, always makes me feel rich, even though I am far from it🤣
That's my favourite of hers.
