Paolo said that it didn't make sense. I was responding to what he said.
If you read the responses and still feel the way you feel, you have a right to your point of view and your opinion.
Paula said it was fine to dissect all the ins and outs of the Maassive’s and their family yet when it came to the gay couple it was a different matter. I don’t see what the difference is.

clearly any further explanation about why it is not cool to inquire about how an LGBQTI couple conceives is futile.

Interesting it seems the sister has made a lot more photos public, I had a look and don’t remember seeing so many photos. Wonder why?

they don’t get a pass from me for not wearing masks indoors or social distancing, travelling with kids, not wearing life jackets.

All I'm saying is that it was explained why it was an issue, so it doesn't make sense to me to react as if it was not. Nothing more, nothing less.

The original comment that I comment on was someone asking ( and I can't remember the exact wording, sorry!) but basically are they theirs and wondering if the children were surrogate, sperm donor, adopted etc. That's the only bit that I think shouldn't matter, and where the discussion came from. The children are theirs no matter how they chose to have children and whether or not their share genetics with them. I don't think anyone has said we couldn't discuss them in other ways. Questioning whether children of a gay couple are theirs or not based on genetics shouldn't be under question.
We are assuming that they had the children together, and they are not from previous relationship- that would be a totally different issue altogether and commenting on that doesn't imply that someone's own children aren't theirs because it wasn't a man and a woman that decided to have and then create together.

I simply don’t agree and there is no point in carrying this on any further. Opinions are like arseholes.....everyone has one......good or bad.

Ha! Clearly further explaining that most of us come to Tattle to snark on FA, and NOT get a lesson in what is acceptable/unacceptable in the LGBTQ community is futile as well. It is very possible some of us don’t really care.

Now, I will sit and wait for Moobs and Pig to share their views all day long. Because that is what I am here to do. Watch Fathering Autism vlogs, lives..Look at and make funny Pics. Dissect what they do and why they do it. It is about THEM!

lol.. Nala biting P!!! :ROFLMAO:

Asshat says they will be working with job coaches for Abbie.. hmmm.. shouldn't she be potty trained first? Shouldn't she have more then a 20 second attention span? They are so delusional.
I dont see why they keep pushing the normal child thing. She cant speak nor can she follow tasts without major help or instruction. Even then its hard. Why make it worse for her to be confused in the workforce? They need to just see that disability will be the best for her.

Didn’t Ass say that they were putting all Abigail’s toys (puzzles, peg toys) into the closet that sets near the sofa in the family room? So that she would have access to them and they wouldn’t have to set on the kitchen island? Then why is there a treadmill sitting in front of the closet doors, prohibiting Abbie from getting any of her toys out? Ever since that vlog, we haven’t seen her with her toys. It’s insanity how they don’t give her toys to play with. I know we’ve mentioned it on here, but where are the walking tiles that were sponsored in one vlog? She walked on them, for stimulation, and haven’t seen them since. Or Christmas toys, or the Easter toy that played a song, etc. etc. How can she get her toys if the treadmill is parked in the way!! They could park the treadmill out by the tiki hut!

I think it's because they still have trouble fully accepting that Abbie will never be "normal" or have that kind of life. So they hang onto that dream or delusion to give themselves hope.
I completely agree tho that it would be much better for them but more importantly for Abbie if they meet her where she actually is and accept that she will never be even remotely independent and is going to need a lot of care for the rest of her life.

Funny how that ended up happening, eh? I think Asshat only said that because they'd been getting a lot of comments just like your post here. I blame it on Princess P. She can't stand the sight of Abbie's toys. It's too much of a reminder that Abbie isn't the typical almost 16 year old girl that Miss Ma'am wishes she was. Also, P probably thinks the toys clash with her 'decor'.:rolleyes:

I think that's what ended up happening with Abbie's table task toys. Cilla put up with it for a little while, then complained to Asshat that she didn't want that mess on her counter. So then all of a sudden it's "Oh, Abbie just isn't as interested in the table tasks these days."
That's the excuse they trot out whenever someone asks about her toys or about a sensory room. Abbie is apparently 'disinterested' in those things. Uh huh.. sure, ok.

And then just to make sure she doesn't drag out any toys Pigfuckler blocks the closet door with a treadmill she pretends she using.

Yep! Exactly. It's like back at the old house when they were in the process of moving and Asswipe showed a cupboard filled with sensory stuff that Cilla had stashed away and "forgot about". P is constantly hiding Abbie's toys away. I think at some point, at the current house, A&P said that a bunch of Abbie's toys were inside the ottoman in the living room. Funny how we never saw Abbie getting any of those toys out of there.
That's why Abbies is left to play with pieces of newspaper or fast food bags to stim with.

Does anyone know if any legislation is being introduced to stop these family vloggers from exploiting their kids. I know there was mention of enacting laws that were similar to child actors. I recall seeing a vlog by Ass that said Abbie could consent because his interpretation of her consenting was walking away from the camera. The only way you're going to stop them is if they're made to stop or one of these creeps does something that makes national news and exposes these parents for negligence. It would be a hard sell but, kids like the Labrant family are going to grow up with this tit following them for many years. The Massives will spend all of this money and won't have a pot to piss in in a few years and Abbie will more than likely end up in a group home. Neither parent will be in great health, maybe Ass, but he won't do it on his own even though P doesn't the barest minimum to care for Abbie. And I am suspect of their affiliation with George Mason University and the sponsorship. From the link they provided, all they did was cut and paste the course information. Am I missing something? I think if some State legislators wanted to put a stop to this bullshit, A&P would be a good place to start.

CORRECTION: Abbie's only interested in Table Tasks when the camera is rolling. And it always seems to stop when she's done with the Table Tasks and she's about to ask for a snack. 🤣
I can't wait for the bike episodes again. I'm sure she misses riding her bike. 🚴‍♀️

I think the “mush” comment was meant in a way that such violent rocking and thrashing about could do a lot of damage, it could be thought of as shaken baby syndrome. She is extremely rough when her head is going back and forth.
Thank you MS

They would rather she sit rocking on the sofa while hugging a blanket or cushion. Their lack of consistency yet again!!!

I did not say that to be rude. The severe rocking can cause the brain to be injured...severely, especially if she should hit her head on something. Not to be rude but think of what jell-o or liquid does in a sealed bowl if you shake it violently... it kind of simulates what the brain does in the skull and can cause brain injury...contusions (bruising), lacerations, bleeding, concussions, etc...
I was not trying to be rude by any means. Sorry if it came off that way.
I am not a brain specialist but did learn a bit while taking EMT classes about how brain injuries can occur.
I apologise it just bothered me a lot as Abbie cant defend herself.

Here's Cilla's suit if any of you feel influenced by her modeling ability.

It could have been worse. A LOT worse.

Just imagine the (literal) existential crisis that's gonna go down when reality comes crashing in on them.

I honestly have to wonder if any of the professionals involved here have ever been honest with them about the reality of things like job coaches and independent living. I'd like to think that they at least have a subconscious clue as to what's coming, that therapists or a doctor or someone along the way has told them what Abbie's needs actually will be in adulthood, and that they're just so deep in denial (or desperate for ongoing content) that they pretend she'll be able to work some day.

No,
and if we're being honest here, don't expect much, if any, legislation.

State level? Florida will not enact any sort of legislation like this.

At the federal level? Nah, there's too much tech lobbying money involved. Tech firms love anything that brings the clicks (and the subsequent dollars). Youtube doesn't give a single tit about children being exploited. Facebook doesn't give a single tit. They're all for it. Family channels/pages bring huge engagement which means advertisers pay more to advertise which means the tech companies make bank.
I cannot stress it enough. Youtube, FB, Twitter, the advertisers, the supporting companies that keep the sites running - none of them give the tiniest of fucks about kids like Abbie, or about kids getting exploited in even worse ways, or about anything other than money. People literally mean nothing to the companies. They do not care.

Only the most egregious types of exploitation are actually legislated and banned from media, and that only happens after the problems are so egregious that they can no longer be ignored. And by egregious, I mean the overt, truly disturbing stuff that's already illegal - the only legislation that has any teeth when it comes to visual exploitation of children and/or disabled people is the absolute worst of the worst, the most vile content out there.

A family parading their severely disabled child in front of half a million social media users for money will never be illegal. It makes money, it's not blatant XXX content, ergo the "free market" has deemed it acceptable and it will continue.
