So A&P don't seem to care that Abbie strips off her clothes and swims naked because it's "her pool". They said she can wear a wetsuit when there are people over but otherwise they don't care because they have a tall fence. But where is the dignity they are affording Abbie in letting her do that?

Right...and wasn't it just a few vlogs back that the pool guy just let himself into the pool area to clean. They didn't even know he was there until he opened the gate and walked in.

Anyways- App State tuition (~$22k a year for out of state students) shouldn’t even be an issue knowing how much those idiots take in on a monthly basis.
They could easily set that money aside starting NOW and still be able to cover his tuition with no real issues this year.

If they had any sense then they would have been putting money away for his education already. Once he changes his status to “in state” it will be even cheaper than what it is. Just fucking pay for him and stop stressing him. You have the money. I’m sure that he has already secured at least some grants and scholarships in the past year. In one video they make a deal out of Priscilla being recognized at one of his football games from Tik Tok. A and P acted like the girl was just so excited to meet a huge Tik Tok star, but you know they were laughing about it behind their backs. But Isaiah seems to have embraced the situation now...I showed you guys a while back the tweet where he was bragging to a guy from a rival school about the number of P's Tik Tok followers...I'm sure the other teenagers just don't know what to make of him.

That's actually incredibly embarrassing that Isaiah was bragging about something like that to some dude at a rival school. Who does that anyway? I bet that dude couldn't have cared less and probably got a good laugh out of him.

There's nothing cool about bragging that your mommy has sooo many Tick Tok followers.

Exactly! It’s irrelevant whether it’s HER pool or not. They don’t show certain things on the vlog as they state that they don’t feel it necessary to show certain personal things (ie meltdowns) . I think being naked constantly in or out of the pool whether on the vlog or not is still a matter of respecting Abbie’s dignity and privacy. Asa and P have ‘cried’ in vlogs before when they’ve said that Isaiah has had to deal with a certain situation and got very emotional saying that a teenage sibling should not have to see or deal with even 10% of what he has too. It’s the same thing; Isaiah shouldn’t be subjected to a nearly 15 year old sibling just getting naked all the time. I hope that makes sense- it’s been a long day!

Just imagine Isaiah has a pool party and Abbie decides it's time to get naked and jump in the pool. Are they going to discipline her then? Or just allow it because it's her pool.

P's an idiot. Sandy is a freaking retriever. They love to swim. And retrieve ducks right from the water/lake/whatever. P acts like Sandy is either a gifted dog because she likes the water, or an IDD dog because she likes the water. Clearly she cant be bothered to use her Googles to read about the breed they chose to adopt lol

I was. Not really ashamed, they put on a good front. I never spent any money or anything on them. I always saw through P's mlm scheme because I've had various Facebook friends attempt "makeup companies" over the years. They slowly started to get under my skin with their treatment of Nala and Maverick. And the whole vibe changed once they got to the new house, I found myself less interested.

I had the same experience you did. I didn't know there were forums to complain until THE video was posted and they complained about these forums and so I did a quick google search because I'm nosy and wanted to know more details about the scandal. I was a lurker for a few weeks, picking up on things that were pointed out on here. And then the quarantine happened and and as a Dunkin employee, their continous visits when we all know they have a coffee pot at home and have no need to go out was what made me start posting.

I didnt discover this site until google recommended it to me- I was already well fed up with them (hi, also a former fan! Never did buy any merch but was interested in some of the shirts until I learned more about the puzzle pieces)

I was initially happy at their house upgrade, but they went downhill fast after getting in it. By the time the video came out about the other daughter, I was like, disappointed but not surprised. Everyone makes mistakes, I'm more upset that he never tried and often pays late for child support on top of paying the bare minimum.

Tattle came up in my recommended while they were in Atlanta. Just before it did, I was talking to my mom about how upset I was about this family (she watches it too sometimes, two of her kids are also autistic). Then thread #13 showed up on google about spreading awareness (and corona) and it was like a godsend. I felt awful for having the thoughts about them that I was esp as all the comments are so simpering.

I even remember complaining to my mom about that horrid fish bubble mouth stim abbie has, and others here also hated it!

She didn’t know Ass was passed out for like two hours! Lol. Wtf. And this is after she was wanting him to get Abbie to bed. You noticed how he said “as usual” when he was explaining? Lol! So that showed me that she was in the bed for at least 2 hours ... not knowing where Abbie, Isaiah or Ass were at and didn’t bother to get up and check? So much for Abbie’s safety.

We used to have boy who lived next door to us, he was very similar to Abbie. He lived with his mum and dad , they weren’t young when they has him, so they were clocking on a bit. Anyway as he grew he became bigger and stronger and his parents suffered terribly trying to control him. When he got to about 30, he would stand on the front step flailing about and grunting and scaring all the kids.
One night we saw an ambulance come to their house and it turned out the father had a heart attack and died. After that the mother just couldn’t handle him because of his size and meltdowns and came for my husband many times to help out.
The sad thing is she had to have him put in a home as he beat her very badly one day and soon after she died. I think about her often and what an awful life she had and wonder what became of the son.
I fear that this will be what happens to Abbie as there will come a point when she is too much for them and the irony is it’s their own fault for not trying to correct her behaviours.
Sorry if it bored you all but I was just thinking about it all today.

This is why, when it comes up, I refuse to even entertain the idea of my brother living with my mother.

Show of hands...how many of you are FORMER fans of this show?
I am ashamed to admit that I am. I found them over a year ago, binge watched, and then waited every day for 6 PM so I could see the latest. For our family vacation last summer we went to Florida (not for the Aass family I PROMISE!!) and I messaged them and begged them to have a meetup sometime during the week I was in their state. I was willing to drive 4 hours to Jacksonville if they did. I'm so ashamed. It was THE video that brought me here in February and helped me see them for what they are. Let me remind you that I an Autism Specialist by profession. Have I mentioned how ASHAMED I am?

Don't be ashamed. They were so likable and seemed so genuine to begin with. We're all here because we liked them at first and then started to see them for what they are.

Honestly I feel like Summer is the replacement for the NT daughter Cilla always wanted to have. She’s a “better” NT replacement for Abbie. She’s a replacement for Assa’s 1st daughter. Besides that when Isaiah is gonna leave the house it would just be Abbie, Assa and Cilla. They would go nuts! Can’t go anywhere because they don’t have a babysitter. Cilla can’t do groceries with Abbie. She needs Summer. Parenting is not her jam, but hanging out with a teenager is.
