So flicking through my Bravissimo catalogue that arrived this morning and they have a ‘Celeb’ model - Oti Mabuse. Somebody who embodies their brand a lot more than the likes of Glen. Surely no one will be gifting her bras?!
Also top tip I was given for washing delicate bras - wash them when you go in the shower then allow to air dry/line dry if they can’t go in the machine/tumble. I would also like to join the chorus of why are you washing all your bras at once but then I remember it never happened in the first place did it. They should exchange notes with Jack Monroe for making random tit up.

One bra in the dryer. Nothing fancy, cotton, not even wired. I don't believe he destroyed nine bras. You wouldn't have nine bras in the wash at once, unless you were possibly in the 'oldest profession', and nobody is stupid enough to put fancy, delicate stuff in the drier. But it's put me in the mood to treat myself to a fancy bra
It's her mother's surname so not entirely random and perhaps she didn't want to always be compared with her father? Just saying, no criticism intended.
I don't believe it actually happened either, so here are some possibilities:
a) they don't have a gram of critical thinking skills between them to make their stories at least vaguely plausible
b) they think their audience is just too bloody stupid to notice
c) people with inquiring minds are what the delete button's for
d) it was all FOD's idea and he doesn't have a single clue about realistic bra-laundering routines
e) what bra story - he was "hacked hacked"!

I always email and the responses from big brands they were trying to beg from via the house account are usually fantastic, I won’t name the company here lest they attack but one I’ll actively recommend to F&F as their CMO was hilariously and admitted they were aware and horrified by his repeated begs.
The smaller companies he’s promoting now either can’t afford the manpower to man their emails or don’t give a duck, they’re paying £200 a pop it’s not worth the grief so don’t bother with them tbf. If he wants to humiliate himself promoting cheap imported ebikes and CBD then he’s welcome to

Sorry if that was unclear, they went through an era of tagging companies in their “plans” for the house clearly expecting an approach for #collabs #gifts etc. A few of us were proactively contacting those companies and ergo they got no freebies out of it and they stopped doing the outright begging.
I also always contact baby/kids brands I follow that still follow them to flag, you’d be surprised at how few people know what happened!
I'd like to see a bra brand trying to insist it's solely for Simon and nothing at all to do with Clemmie
