Fashion trends you can't stand #2

Dresses and tops that look ‘in one piece’ from the front but then have a gaping gap at the back! Not great when you’re an E cup and NEED to wear a bra.

Seeing the latest "trends" makes me glad i have worn the same clothes forever and always had the same "style" which can be described as being the 5th member of the Ramones! lol - Skinny Jeans, a tee and leather jacket. And then in the summer i replace my skinny jeans with denim shorts, and swap my leather jacket for a plaid shirt.

However, i did get told by my 20 year old nephew i look 'edgy' and apparently people spend a fortune on my "grunge" look when in reality its cost me next to nothing haha.

The nude coloured tight ribbed trousers which are flared at the bottom worn with a cropped top of same thin material or a fur type cropped jacket. Was in Chester and Liverpool yesterday and there were loads of young girls wearing them, lots who should not be anywhere near nude coloured tight trousers. Most of them we wearing thongs underneath them, usually white and some black, have they never seen nude coloured underwear or does it have to been seen. :)

Baggy sleeves/puffed sleeves. I bought a top recently from H&M. It said "puff sleeves" but it looked OK on the website. Anyway, it arrived, I tried it on...and I looked like an extra from "The Tudors". The material was like crepe paper too, so it stuck out even more. 100% the worst thing I have ever bought.

I hate that social media and fashion brands/sites are trying to bring back low rise jeans and micro mini skirts. PLEASE NO. So far I haven't seen anyone wear these trends in real life so hoping this is only something that exists "for the 'gram" and nowhere else.

Bloody everything in the shops at the minute! I'm in desperate need of stuff for Spring/summer and I just can't find much that I like and fits well. Why is everything cropped?! I'm two babies and a few slices of cake past wearing cropped stuff. Maybe I'm just getting too old.......🤷🏻‍♀️

Oh no!
Puff sleeves seem to be everywhere at the moment, I just want a normal flowing sleeve, but everything is massively puffy right now.

I can't stand cropped stiff and a lot of dresses and tops seem to have elastic in places that irritate my waist. How are people not cold having their belly out? I tried wearing a crop top once and spent the day feeling like I had forgotten something 🤣

I got a Sparks offer yesterday which was quite specific - 30% off womens V neck, puff sleeved blouse - it is awful, no wonder they are discounting it.
Oh heck, I better check my Sparks, wonder if they think I am a puff sleeve 🤣

Thong bikini bottoms, looks like a stripper, too porn-esque, not elegant. Especially cringeworthy around friends and family on holidays.
