I can’t believe she’s putting herself through major surgery AGAIN needlessly. She has three kids and underlying health issues but she’s willing to go under the knife for the sake of a tiny bit of crepey skin. It’s so sad. As someone who’s mum was in hospital for various essential procedures when I was young I have a genuine fear of general anaesthetic and the associated complications. No way would I risk it for something cosmetic that could easily be hidden. She has issues.
Let’s hope the nanny is there to help, where is she these days ? Do they even have her anymore ?

Totally agree. I get that it’s personal choice but it’s serious surgery and for no real need. The amount of times people die on the table makes it far too risky in my opinion, unless it was something life saving. She acts like surgery is no big deal and seems like a cat with nine lives getting surgeries so frequently but one day she might push it too far and her poor children will be left dealing with the consequences. There will always be something she wants to tweak and that’s sad.
Elbow skin removal? Dear Lord I’ve heard it all now! (I appreciate people do get these procedures if they’ve lost 200 lbs etc but what the hell was wrong with her elbows? She’ll be getting her big toe shaved down next

She will be getting it for free. You don’t have to declare ads in UAE. 99% of what she posts are undeclared ads or gifted.
Absolutely every she posts is an ad I bet she’s making loads from it! And that pregnancy scare wtf is she teaching her kids? They’re all spoilt brats just like she was looking at her family and weird relationship with her dad!!
edited to add that kitchen she’s in at that party is the most soulless room I’ve ever seen! It looks like a morgue with all the units hidden
