Darren said in one of the vlogs they don’t watch or follow the news. Because it’s so negative or some bs like that (the kind of logic you end up with when you think you’re clever because live read a lot of self help books I guess) so I can maybe see them not knowing. That and the fact that if something doesn’t revolve around them or doesn’t earn them money, they have no interest makes me think maybe they’d have forgotten. That being said, if it was a mistake, not 100% sure either way, agree they should have donated the money it made or taken it down.
True but I still don't believe they didn't know , with mia constantly online and both georgie and Darren it would of flashed up somewhere so I'm not buying it it's a disgrace!!!!

Did anyone here watch them at the start? The first vlog I watched was them moving to Gran Canaria and I thought they seemed like an amazing family. Once they moved back to Brighton everything changed soooo suddenly. I rarely watch them anymore but the odd vlog I watch they seem to be more and more...erratic? I don’t know how to explain it. But their behaviours are so weird. It’s like they want to live this free hippy life whilst also acting luxurious. Last time I watched them properly they were living as minimalists and for Xmas in Gran Canaria the girls got one small present each, but look at them now!!!

I did, and I feel the same. It’s sad really because I quite liked them in their Gran Canaria days. It’s almost as if their indoctrination within the Jehovah’s Witnesses and subsequent release from that has caused them severe mental problems. So much so, that they now feel the need to create their own ‘cult’ of the Fizz Fam, with its ‘Toby’ phrase and worshippers buying their ‘merch’. It’s bad enough seeing the manic behaviours of Georgie & Darren, but knowing how this upbringing is going to severely impact on their daughters too. It will be like history repeating itself when they one by one grow up and rebel against such a restrictive and controlling environment. Not to mention the isolation they must feel from family and friends (the latter not really being allowed by the parents). Very very sad. ☹

Wow and this was on the anniversary, they do follow social media it is what they live for. However they are so self centred we would not know if done for views or really just live in their own bubble.
Either way yes they could have at least have donated to Manchester they always donate to homeless people in other countries why not give something back to the UK.
Fizz Fam are selfish uneducated fools who are leading their children down a very unreal start to life. They actually think they will still be vlogging in 10 years time. Look at Shaytards the dream has finally drizzled out yet he was the king of vloggers.
Darren is not clever enough to start a company that will succeed. Many smaller UK you tubers have good businesses as a back up these just have plane tickets and high rent bills each month.

Couldn’t have worded it better myself! I thought the idea of them escaping suburban London and moving to Gran Canaria and putting the girls in to private school seemed like an idea situation for them. But now they’re money hungry. Their morals have changed so much. I’d love to know what they’ve did before YouTube - surely they had normal jobs, they afforded a trip to Sri Lanka? They’re so soooo secretive about their past I really wonder what they’re hiding/escaping from?

Didn’t they partly come back from Gran Canaria as that’s when they got management as well? I would if their influence created the greed as well.

Their morals have changed so much.
I don't think they had those morals to start with, else they wouldn't make a 360 so quickly. Like so many they were just jumping on popular trends like minimalism and sustainability.

Darren probably spends his days reading get rich books and looking for video ideas for the children to perform to.

They copied another video from the Norris Nuts, I was another spending video
It's not just them though, a lot of Youtubers copy each other. Dad v Girls done it too. There was the ordering what the person in front of me video that was popular a few weeks ago.

I feel like all of these spending or 24 hour challenges are just copies of one another. I get its 'easy' and simple content to produce, but its so bloody boring.

I remember watching them when they moved to GC. They were so minimal, the girls only had a few sets of clothes each and sienna had only a handful of toys. I liked their vlogs back then, they were fun and relatable, not kicking about in numerous expensive outfits and eating out all the time, they didn’t buy the kids stuff all the time, lived in a pretty basic apartment. But now the money has got to them and they are so different.

I can’t watch them any more and haven’t for months.

I know but my point is that I feel like particular Youtubers get the blame for stuff when basically everyone does it. As long as no one takes offence I don't see the problem. The Youtubers themselves seem fine with others 'copying' them and if they don't then I don't see why others do. I personally enjoy watching some of the challenges.

On the Dubai podcast Georgie and Darren confirm that Mia only does “the basics” with an online tutor, and they let her specialise and she’s growing a social media business 😯

How long does he think the social media is going to go on for they’re already not as popular as the were and it’s just going to go downhill

That is terrible, I am sorry I don't like to bring the children up but why would a 14-year-old girl be allowed to do just the basics in school but left to grow a social media business. She spends more time making the videos than doing any school work.
I was hopeless at school hence my grammar and spelling so I made damn sure my children work hard. They are an adult forever and a child for only a few years let them be children. Mia is going to come down to earth with a huge bump.
