True, I had that dye for a CT scan before too and it went into the cannula. But I was awake for that (wish I wasn’t, felt like boiling water going in!)Now saying that, if she had a cannula, they can use that to inject dye into your blood steam to make it easier to see nerves and vessels on an MRI or other scanning equipment..... Which would be plausible for injecting something into your spine but I wouldn't think you would be asleep for it
Generally if you bust a disc in your lumbar spine, the pain travels through the nerves into your leg, it's sciatica, although sometimes there's pain the injury area too

My response would be 'Absofuckinglutely!! I'd tell her to wise the duck up and stop being such a drama queen. There's not a thing wrong with her when there's a free night on the sesh or a free lunch on the cards?? This whole story is totally suss. I think we all smelled a rat at the start of it. And I say this as someone who has a brother who attends the Beacon for a back injury (bulging disc) and last month he went in for another in steroid injection. Was in and out within a hour as I brought him. And I can ye like others with back injuries have mentioned here there is no way he could switch it on and off for nights out like Grace.

Couple of the comments there seem like they're subtle shading her. Pointing out how active she's been (in a complimentary way) despite saying how much pain shes been in and how they couldn't even move.
Pain meds, relaxants are great but there's no way she'd have been able to do so much. Even the picture she posted ffs, it was from a night out. The gin launch, she was laughing, bending over.
Funny thing is....all her activity has been for stuff for herself not her kids if you look back. It's not like sge had to mind the kids so had no choice but to get on with it. Its been for events, trying on clothes, comedy gig, gin launch.
