Will they inject some into her brain🤔🤔 seriously I can’t cope with her anymore… when my discs slipped and I had 2 bulging I could barely wipe my arse .. here she is flouncing around trying on clothes(cheap nasty clothes!) and going on girly catch ups and now the platting of the hair (which needs about 4 inches taken off)… I got it hard to wash myself or my fecking hair!! . She’s a right cynt…. God help anyone around her of there was something seriously wrong with her… sorry ranting but as someone in bleeping pain everyday she’s just a c*nt

Bank pain is her new anxiety. That used to magically appear and reappear to.

even people that just strain a muscle would be in more pain and limited than her.

Shes drinking because she’s not actually on any medication, because there’s NOTHING WRONG WITH HER.

She had a minor strain because of idiocy and ego at that sham of a gym. She made a huge deal out of it because she’s a needy, greedy baby, and wasted time of health professionals. The bonus (for her) was that she got to avoid her kids LOADS 🎉🥳🍾

Anyone who has ever had real back trouble will know her timeline makes no sense; the ups and downs that coincide exactly with her social schedule, the miraculous recovery, not to mention the fact the she was showing herself on stories constantly with no limitations on mobility.

Her back injury is about as real as that fiasco with the Cah.
This is the truth, she's a brazen liar, how do the people following her not see this, how can she influence anyone.

Eh does she suffer from anxiety or is it like everything else in her head?!? She’s going to hospital for a needle injection into her back and she’s like she’s going for a fecking spa day….. fluffy socks me hole🤬

Can’t cope with her she’s off to the beacon for what she thinks is an injection in her disc and she’s been fasting since last night! So she put on the snacks for the girls but didn't have any 😂 or stopped at midnight?!
I think fasting since last night means she skipped breakfast!

This one is making my blood boil with this BS injury story. At the start of my injury, before I got health ins, a consultants secretary told me very very rudely that unless I had E700 lying around for an injection then they couldn't do anything for me. I was in agony, couldn't drive, couldn't sit, lying on my office floor half the day. Eventually got insurance blah blah blah, and eventually got a steroid shot, these shots come with their own risks, there's no way she should be getting one seeing as how her day to day life is not that badly impacted. How the hell is she getting one so soon? Medically it's not even close to a first step on a treatment plan! This whole injury "journey" is very odd, she hasn't even seen a physio yet!! I was injured in 2007 and I credit my physio with helping me avoid surgery for nearly 10 years! Next thing this fool will be telling us she's scheduled in for surgery! The whole timeline is just so so odd given that her day to day life is barely altered....

Exactly! She clearly hasn't done any research to what the process can involve etc.... Maybe she's better off being ignorant, I dunno, but in my opinion, if she really needed that shot, she should be obviously in agony, stiff, not able to do basic tasks, relying on others to do things, she certainly wouldn't be driving unless absolutely unavoidable..... It's just so strange, if all this is actually real, her "medical team" need to be questioned cos this treatment plan she's on does not fit the injury, it's major overkill.....
I'm sure she did injure herself at the gym given her horrendous form etc, but her day to day movement and activities are NOT lining up with the treatment she's been receiving...... It's like getting a toe amputation for stubbing it on the bedpost..... I just don't get it..... 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Translation;

waiting- 20minutes
“Injection”-10 minutes
Waiting 20–30 mins

4hours to flute about and avoid her kids 🙄
These injections do take longer as your checked in for a day procedure, they are performed along with x-ray or some other form of visual guide by a specialist, not a nurse, so she may well be in 5 hours...

Never once have I seen her put the same effort into siennas hair while this overgrown toddler pussing into the camera braiding her own hair . God I need to stop watching her . Mags caught rapid until Grace nicely diverted the conversation.

So is she using the correct term because I get cortisone injections in my hips for arthritis and it does not take this long... I'm in the appointment for maximum 15 minutes.

Also, "fully recover" - she doesn't even know what the shot is for 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤢 you don't recover from a back injury with a magic shot, the shot numbs the pain allowing you relief to try other things to help your back, Pilates, careful movement and exercise, etc, it does wear off, and if she just goes full tilt in the gym.again, she'll be even more fucked than she's telling us she is now 🤣🤣🤣 and I am here for every bit of it! duck her, she deserves everything she gets!

Steroid injections are for pain? This one is on her magic meds and flying around. Another Saturday not with the kids. Convenient she got a Saturday appt 🤦
I am loathe to give her any benefit but I had a procedure done in the Beacon about 6 weeks ago on a Saturday for bulging discs. I was there for hours and was knocked out. It didn 't work for me and the pain actually got much worse. I ended up in Blackrock for 8 days..

She is lying about this whole back thing. Her eyes are spinning around every time she talks about it. Looks everywhere but the camera talking about her back but stares at it direct waffling about everything else. I don't know how they are all covering for her at this stage. It's a tit show. She is a disgrace is every sense of the word.

Yeah, it was a cortisone shot I had in my lumbar back and that's how long it took for me, they need the visual assist to avoid hitting nerves. I don't know if yours are quicker due to the location of the shot maybe?

Saturday is fine for people that work, she could of went any day of the week for it! My hubbie has had plenty done private and they have asked or tried to give him suitable times and days around work. She is dose.

This is the thing with Grace, these shots have risks and she's talking about it like she's going for a coffee... None of this story makes sense..... 🤷🏻‍♀️

So here’s the thing. Back injuries never fully go away, it’s about management. Resorting to injections is not the answer.
When I hurt by my back, my physio told me that scans are only of limited value because most adults over 30 have bulging disks to one degree or another, it’s just a matter of severity and whether or not they cause pain but back deterioration is a part of getting older.

The best solution is to strengthen the muscles in your core that support your spine. Personally, Pilates worked wonders for me, as well as physio if/when I get a flare up. I also go to the gym and lift weights (although I work with trainers who are actually good and their jobs) and try to get to reformer Pilates once or twice a week. I know this is why I’ve been pain free for years.
Of course, none of the above is dramatic enough for attention seeking baby Greasy.
