I find it quite weird that she’s moaning about the cost of a Reno when she’s let this property out for YEARS. Surely if she had always planned to live in the property herself one day she would have been saving the money letting it out gave her to pay for the works she wanted done?

Christ. Her followers are sycophantic enablers. As someone who moved out BECAUSE my mum died, her situation is NOTHING like grief. It’s almost offensive to suggest. Grief is loss. She hasn’t lost anything, for God’s sake.

How would she know? Her mum is a housewife, her dad has a business so is his own boss. I think Hannah is so far removed from real life it's actually sad. She said she spent a lot of money replacing the electrics because of safety, but it was ok for her tenants to live with the old electrics? Also completely unrelatable for the vast majority of her viewers having £30k in saving to drop on a renovation like that.
It won’t be long before she has the boyfriend tied down with a ring/ baby

I like Hannah but I find the house reno vid so disingenuous. She's acting like a FTB, picking up the keys etc but she rented out the property first? The house is a "house from hell" and a "full reno job".. yet she had tenants living there and it was good enough for them to live in and pay her mortgage for her?
She doesn't acknowledge how lucky she is. Family builder,gifted items due to youtube, presumably free rent at her parents.. it's not relatable, most people don't have that. Yet she's acting like she deserves a medal for this reno?

THIS! And the fact she doesn't have time to run Sunnyside at the same time is comical. You're not rewiring the house or fitting the kitchen yourself Hannah! Imagine if she ever had to do a real days work. She's literally spending her days supervising the work being done and calling it work

She's probably only mentioned the delayed start of the family to be extra dramatic. She only just came off the pill 3 months ago and said they were not planning just yet, even though we all suspected there will be a trap baby by the end of the year. I'm sure she has thousands in savings, the dog harnesses may not be making that much , but she's a landlord so gets some money from tenants.

This girl has been on YouTube since she was a teenager, surely she has money to fall back on? What has she done with it all? I’ve come away from that video more shocked that at the age of 27 and with a very well paid job she still doesn’t have enough to cover maternity leave. I think she needs some sort of financial advisor before she does anything else
