The suitcase thing really annoyed me! She knew she wasn't going to be in Berlin for long and would have to get it all back - why did she accumulate so much stuff? A friend, who definitely isn't a minimalist (their words, not mine!), studied abroad in the US for 12 months and had to be so careful with how much they took with them in the first place, and how much they brought while they were there. Couldn't she have just stuck to a 'capsule wardrobe' and saved herself the struggle?
Yes the suitcase thing made no sense, she admitted she had known since October her Mum probably wouldn't be driving over anyway, yet you can guarantee she bought a lot of stuff in that time. I found in weird she was taking her bedding back though, that would be the first thing i would consider leaving.
She doesn’t seem to realise how dumb she comes across with these statements. She goes to Oxford yet recently she comes across really tone deaf.
I would have at least bought some vacuum pack bags to squish all the bedding and clothing into a small pack - then they would fit in suitacases far more easily. I’ve ordered balls of yarn on eBay before and they’ve come flatpacked at about 1/5th of the size they would have been - really handy for getting through the letter box. Her jumpers would easily shrink. Or, she could have not bought so much stuff.
Depending on how much stuff it was she also could have mailed a box. Sometimes that‘s actually cheaper 
I've said it before and I'll say it again: she may be book smart but in every other regard she is unbelievably stupid. No common sense, no general knowledge, no interest outside her privileged little life. And she wonders, when so many of us are facing very real struggles, why no-one is interested in hearing her bore for Britain yet again.Depending on how much stuff it was she also could have mailed a box. Not that Oxford is a proof of intelligence but I'm beginning to think the only reason even she made it to Oxford in the first place was because she applied to one of the least competitive degrees there is. I thought people had to have *some* smarts to survive there and all I've seen from Eve is blunt stupidity from moment one. Does she not read or watch herself say and do these things as she puts the proof of her lack of sense online? I despair.
Can’t believe how much luggage she has! And she sent like three bags ahead of her! I lived abroad for three years and came back with ONE suitcase. I donated clothes and took books/ souvenirs with me. I’m pretty minimalist I admit but Eve literally packed up her life from what, Sept- early December?! Ridiculous.
And the fact she knew the pandemic would continue and would need to be flexible with dates to travel hkme
Oh boy so many thoughts. 1. This isn't what people are complaining about lol? People are complaining about her blatantly breaking the rules when she had people fly over and they didn't distance at all, admitting she's mixing between parents households, not self isolating when she literally had covid (ie going to the pharmacy). She's posted photos with friends!!! Her last instagram post was her and uni friends not social distancing!And she's posted photos of her and Jack and Jade not social distancing!

I am SO glad someone has finally mentioned about a certain person flying to Dubai... do they have a thread on here? I tried to find one but to no avail, and it seems no one is calling this youtuber out at all. Plus the fact all they’ve done since they’ve got there is complain about the place, I was actually really shocked... does anyone else have any thoughts on this?? (The youtuber in question is Viola H) sorry if this isn’t allowed!!anyways quite frankly I have way too much to say about Eve but not the brain cells to put it together into anything cohesive so just know I agree with everything you are all saying
Actually what I will say is how annoyed I am seeing her IG story saying “a pretty large extenuating circumstance (COVID) is out of your control and you still have time” is pretty ironic coming from the girl who has none stop complained about her year abroad not going to plan as though it was the worst thing in the world to have happened to anyone and is swanning around the place acting as though said extenuating circumstances doesn’t exist...
Yes it seems very tone deaf to be going Dubai at the moment. Some of these influencers seem desperate for the cash or travel content. Like READ THE ROOM! AND ANOTHER THING I just seriously can’t hack her videos anymore... I usually didn’t mind them just being on as a kind of background watch cause they were quite nice and chilled out but these days all she does is WAFFLE on about nothing. Spends half the video complaining or half of it waffling on about absolutely nothing. Girl this is NOT content and I just think it’s lazy. Yes I know we’re in a pandemic so it’s not like you can go out and really do stuff (not that that hasn’t stopped you...) but do we really need half an hour of you chatting tit about nothing? No. Cut the damn video down or just don’t upload it at all

She is so up herself it hurts; the whole Germany thing was done in such poor taste.
Interesting to see what she does next semester with Spain re covid and Brexit. I reckon she should cut her losses and study at home; my uni are holding language classes for people who can't go abroad, and she could probably do that crappy Lingoda thing she's always spouting about.
Paige has uploaded a video yesterday with an honest chat and wow, what a stark difference to these clowns. After Jade's hollow inspirational speeches and Eve's lack of sense, that video was like a palate cleanser. I wonder why it is so hard for the others to grasp that we are in a pandemic and we need to live accordingly.

I don’t know why she tries to say she’s a northerner and that her accent changes. She’s from birmingham and doesn’t even really have a brummie accent. I’m northern and I have the accent, it’s shocking that eve tries to pass herself off as a northerner
Even if I’m not interested in Paige’s new job, I still watch her videos as it’s such a breath of fresh air to see someone with their head screwed on right. I will have to watch her new video asap, I need to be given some hope there are some decent studytubers still out there...
