The fact she's posted a whole video about her Covid experince (which I assume will be very melodramatic) gives me protagonist syndrome vibes. Most people I know have now had covid, it's not uncommon to have had it anymore. I had it in March, a time when people didn't even know how it really affected people yet, however I didn't post every single minute about it on my instagram story and I didn't feel the need to make a youtube video about it. So many people had much worse symptoms than her (myself included), so I really don't see the point of making a 25 minute video when your symptoms were just fatigue

She’s absolutely horrible. I cannot believe she went shopping?! The official rules are a bit weird but isn’t it common sense that you stay home until you feel 100% better (and maybe another day just to be sure?).
Watched Eve's video about understanding the media the other day. While she mentioned bias in the video in some regard. She did not talk about the bias for NewsCorp (Murdoch's media empire) and also stated that she did an internship at Sky News. Newscorp has a reputation in Aus for having really really tight editorial control and denying things like climate change. She stated that she regularly listens to The Times Podcast. Hopefully she hasn't been to brainwashed by the corporate culture at NewsCorp, and continues into a more respectable media organisation if journalism is the way that she would like to go.

Basically saying that people should be nice and stop messaging her telling her not to go out. She’s saying she can’t get another test because German supplies are limited and you only get them if you’ve been in direct contact/had symptoms. Someone messaged her saying that she’s murdering people by going out. Essentially her message was that she’s stuck to all the guidelines so people shouldn’t be calling her out for leaving her flat.I’m at work so I can’t hear what she’s saying

Yeah for someone who goes to Oxford she’s awfully lacking in common sense and intelligence. So you had to self-isolate for two weeks, boo-freakin’-hoo, some people have died from this. Someone else could end up seriously ill or have to self-isolate for even longer beCAUSE of her ridiculous need to try on some bleeping clothes. The privilege is astounding.

So defensive, so aggressive, so unnecessary. I get it’s annoying when she’s technically followed the rules but it damages her image. In all likelihood some of those people messaging are hardcore fans and were maybe disappointed in her/didn’t understand the situation.
I just can’t imagine Ruby/Jade taking that route to respond and I know it’s not entirely fair to compare but they are also studytubers.
She reminds me sometimes of Grace Beverley, like she’s above criticism
She can’t blast on YouTube she’s got corona then two days later complain when people ask her what she’s doing trying on jeans

WTF. I assumed from reading here she’d ordered some clothes, but no, she’s in a bloody changing room. Does she not realise she might still be shedding some virus especially if she was in bed yesterday complaining about feeling groggy.... a classic case of books smart not street smart. Silly.
