I’m glad he specified this, though I think it’s too late and a lot of people on X are already firmly convinced it was Israel and no matter what anyone says, even Joost, wouldn’t believe otherwise now.

IMO I don't think Eurovision will exist in 25 years time.

Honestly the most likely reason would be financial pressures. A lot of countries can't afford it, Moldova basically had no budget for backing singers this year from what I have read

The politics is fairly easy to fix by excluding countries that are deemed to be controversial at time of war

I don’t know if anyone has already mentioned this and I missed it but I’ve just found out that viewers in non-participating countries (ieAmerica) have been able to vote for 24 hours before the final starts and the Americans are block voting for Israel.
