Yes, Effie does seem sociable with other dogs and animals, so Estée is lucky she is just nervous and not aggressive.

Even though Estee's flat is in central London I wouldn't say the location is that easy or within walking distance of lots of places Estee would be going to (in normal times). It's near to where she used to live with Aslan, which is a bit weird seeing as this is independent Estee, but maybe she wanted to be near Aslan because at the time they shared Reggie? It's surprising she didnt move East to trendy Shoreditch or West to be nearer Amelia and to 'fancier' London. She could def get a nice 2 bedroom flat for a million, maybe not a penthouse style flat like she is currently in but she could get something really nice.

Just from watching clips of her dog, there is no way that dog is the most nervous that dog trainers have seen. NO way. And shame on that rescue for not vetting her properly. It's a well known fact that influencers are encouraged to get cute pets to up their engagement. I also think that post is a forewarning of things to come - she will have done everything to make the dog happy but will have to admit defeat and send her off to a 'farm' (that old chestnut!).
Its almost like she's prepping to give the dog away, spreading the "most scared/nervous dog of all time" bs for weeks so that later her fans can be like 'Yeah its been like that the whole time, you're so strong Estee for doing it"
I must be so stupid because I literally took her saying that as just that not as a preparation to getting rid of her. One dogs are SO hard to deal with daily, she’s very nervous, I tell people daily but I would never ever ever give her up! We’ll get through it.

I don't think so. I live near Bermondsey and I'd say she is a bit west of here. She said something in one of her videos about her flat being just outside the congestion zone, which makes me think she could just be on the zone 1/2 border?
Although she went to a restaurant in Surrey Quays and she goes to Southwark Park, so she's not that far away. Now I am confused as the landscape looks like nothing I recognise but it could be!
She lives by Bermondsey street and has shown that area a lot while walking Effie in her vlogs and stories.
Ah I don't really watch her vlogs as much but I thought I saw some colourful exteriors that matched the buildings on Bermondsey Street. Thank you for confirming
.I thought she lived more central / west than Bermondsey because from her living room window you can see the London Eye and I thought you could also see the high rise apartments that are just over Blackfriars Bridge. But it makes sense now why she sometimes goes to Southwark Park and Surrey Quays.
To be honest I am not sure where bermondsey starts as opposed to it being southwark / borough area. But she lives closer to Borough station than to Bermondsey station. But those areas all overlap into one another so it might be considered Bermondsey.
Agreed! Though I believe Estée has spoken to several trainers, it doesn't look like they've really gone through consistent training and put clear rules in place for Effie. For example, Effie was off leash in the forest the other day and I find it kind of hard to believe that any trainer would recommend letting an extremely stressed out and fearful dog off leash in an unfamiliar area (unless she has absolutely amazing recall, which I doubt). What's to say Effie won't get scared one day and just take off? Their daily walks are another good example: Estée says Effie pulls, but she's still frequently letting Effie walk in front of her instead of forcing her to walk beside or even a little bit behind her. Doing that is such a simple way for Estée to assert her role as leader, which would probably take some of the pressure off of Effie.
I won't be that surprised if she rehomes the dog, but I hope she gives training her a better shot before doing that.

Has anyone watched Amelia's vlog of Estee's thanksgiving? There were clearly other people there but Estee and Amelia seemed to be socialising alone, at one point Estee is just sitting down at the table by herself and you can hear that everyone else is in the kitchen. There was a woman there that was making all the food (but it wasn't mentioned who she is). I initially thought Estee hired someone to make the meal but she's in slippers so maybe not? The set up just seemed weird.
