Chanel30 - Look at my post on page 7 with the telford boy incident.

Now I think she is showing signs of narcissistic personality disorder.

1. She can't take criticism and views all these posts in this forum as 'hate/personal attacks'.
2. She needs constant praise and admiration which is why she removes bad reviews of her product.
3. She exploits situations such as above for their own personal needs. Narcissists simply don’t think about how their choices affects others. And if you point it out, they still won’t truly get it and consider it as 'hate'.
4. Her tweets about all the hate she's receiving. There's a sense of self-importance, seeking validation from her Twitter followers constantly.
5. She made a fake account on tik tok to reply to reviews of people unsatisfied about her product. If there is ever an interruption or diminishment in the admirer’s attention and praise, the narcissist treats it as a betrayal.

Narcissists can be very magnetic and charming. They are very good at creating a fantastical, flattering self-image that draw us in. But as you can see in this forum there's a very different side.

I think these are early signs, it will get much worse if she doesn't address it.
I’ve never thought of that before but everything you have said is true. Even if she is narcissistic, why don’t the people who work for her company tell her how bad it looks for a business to delete or block people with negative reviews. I’m guessing the people she works with aren’t actually made for their jobs and are just her friends who also have no clue what they are doing like Erim

You have got it BANG ON. I couldn’t agree more. She is the definition of a narcissist.

This backs my point up again...

It’s great she’a made a poster about the on going farmer protests and shared it. But WHY has she written BY ERIM on them? What has her oil got to do with the on going protests? Nothing.

There’s only 1 reason it’s because she’s seen it as a free marketing opportunity. Loads of people are sharing the post I can see which therefore markets her brand also with ‘by erim’ written on the posters.

funny thing is no one else is making posters and putting their own logos on them...not even Khalsa Aid. I just don’t understand her logic.

the cheek she’s got . 😳

Surprised that I am not the only one irritated by her fake attitude.
What most made me laugh is how she considered herself as a sikh not Indian. Doesn't like to be referred as an India, yet her ancestors are from punjab.. Which is in india 🤣

Who the hell is doing her makeup? Why does she look so white in her insta pics when she is more brown in real life? Her foundation shade is always off

She pretends to be modest in real life, mentioned this on a recent post... yet wears tight revealing clothes for social media how can she be modest, such a hypocrite.

If you aren’t Punjabi, you have no right to comment on her labelling herself Punjabi as opposed to Indian. It’s one of the only things I’ll agree with her on, and even if you are Punjabi and say you’re Indian, that’s your choice. but nothing is wrong with her saying that

Agreed.

I am punjabi and I don’t like being called Indian.

Why? Have you seen what’s happening in India right now? The aim of the Indian government had always been to cripple Punjab. So why would I call myself Indian? There’s nothing wrong with her saying that... it’s a preference. In this case ‘Live and let live’. PUNJABI TILL DEATH.

So I found this image of Erim on Instagram. I thought she liked dressing modest in her personal life? I don’t care whether she dresses modest or not or whether she chops and changes between the two, but it’s the fact that she always claims she only wears modest wear in her “real life” which simply doesn’t seem to be true.

Also it’s insane how average she looks when she’s not in control of the camera.

I think Erim has only recently started to identify with her “punjabi” roots now because it’s in fashion during the Modi stuff. Before she kept pushing she was half Middle Eastern. It’s not because she’s a proud Punjabi but because it suits the political Indian climate sadly which equals more publicity for her.

The sikhi thing just is another way to capitalise on Sikhs around the world, generally Sikhs/Punjabis/Indians have long hair/beards so let’s make money off it and sell hair oil. Sikhs in general - I’m Sikh so I feel I can comment on this -have a huge sense of community/support so it’s always to make a quick buck from us because we support “our own”... which is sad because the moment she gets hate brown community are the first to get it in the neck from her. Shame she doesn’t realise it’s them who’ve provided the opportunity for her to be driving that Audi TT - unless she wants to admit her daddy funded her.

All she does is lie and put up an act for her followers. Also, she has a seperate byerim page so why is her personal insta all about her brand too- does she not have anything else to offer or is personality that dry 🤣
Checkout her trustpillot reviews for byerim oil, so many negative comments. There are funnily some 5star reviews guessing mostly from her family and friends side the positive reviews.

No its not worth paying £40. I know who is selling a bottle not been used for £25 for 100ml. She posted comment on trust pilot using for 6 months and she started getting rashes & her scalp became very itchy on her neck near her hairline & emailed the brand got no response. She said its very sore, so she stop using the oil, the rashes cleared up. After 6 weeks later, she started using the hair oil again same thing happen. The review got deleted twice.

So she gone directly & getting the hair oil dermatologist tested. They said that hair oil brand should provide their research paper and how many tested the hair oil percentage, before product was launched. I'll let you know what she get back from dermatologist.

Alot of people has asked her to share this information, but she hasn't. What is there to hide.

If you like to try it. It's rip off as the price was £30, she raise to £40. On top of that, you got pay P&P.
Great info, read the reviews too seems sad for consumers to get ripped off and additionally lose their precious hair and damage skin. She seems like a true narcissist.

Agreed.

Ah I see, all I was aware is Hindus and Sikhs had good relationship, Sikhs generally are nice even with Muslims. My confusion was if Sikhs own properties in Mumbai and Delhi in India why separate themselves. Yes the farmer issue is happening within India in different places all these things are just sad, the rich get more rich.

I don't agree with taking the piss out of her appearance.

Fair enough comment on her actions but mocking her appearance isn't cool.
I get it but she portrays this unrealistic version of herself which is harmful to the young girls looking up to her. That's how she normally looks, I've seen her in her car before too and she looks like that. I just believe in transparency

Also, regarding her post today. I'm glad she's bringing light to the farmer situation in India but she's only gotten to do that because she was getting hate for not doing it. So seeing her stroy and noticing that someone from bbc wants her to go forwards to talk about is great becuase it'll get coverage but she's the absolute wrong person for it. There are so many Sikhs out there who influence with a wider knowledge that can help with this. Also no doubt she'd use the opportunity to plug her own business. It's the shameless

Sorry, but I still disagree. No one on Instagram looks like what they do in real life? Instagram isn't real life.

Kim Kardashian is harming little girls following her with her unrealistic body image, that's instagram for you.

That isn't anything to do with Erim. Making comments on her actions is allowed as everyone is entitled to an opinion but taking the piss out of her appearance? I don't participate in online hatred. That screenshot you posted was cruel and over the mark.

Best of luck with this discussion, but just remember...

I am sorry but I disagree. Instagram is about what you portray as your life. If you don't do that, then that sick and it fraudulent.

Instagram is same like facebook too - people show their realness on facebook whats the difference

Kim K - should not do what she does. But other influencer, should not follow in her steps.

There alot of influencers that look like themselves and are proud of who they are and show their reality, not fakeness. If i wanted fakeness I'd stick playing SIMs or farmville.

The picture that was posted, is to confirm this is who this influencer Erim really look like, not what she facetunes herself to appear to look alike to alot people that follow her, that is incorrect. I do not agree with the hatred comments. Erim should not making herself look like something that she not. That decieving many of her own followers and bring insecurities to her followers than embracing your own self confidence.

It great rhianna has addressed farmer protest issue. But i find Erim now feels she should do the same. Now she won't show the full message by BBC, but posted on insta story, instead of her actual newsfeed. The mistake in grammer is bad on the message..hmm i smell fakeness.
She had months to do this, she didn't do it before.
Well i hope there more coverage on indian farmer protest, its not affecting sikh or punjabi, why do people forget, its affectinh maharastian too - it affecting indian farmers. I really do not like this discrimination between ethnics group.
