Off topic but this reminds me of another Punjabi influencer @kaurbeauty she excessively photoshops her waist but exposes herself on tiktok. I really don’t get why these influencers do this, like are you so out of touch with reality thinNO ONE would notice the difference? She’s also another influencer who deletes criticism and keeps all the thirsty comments on her page.

It’s also super funny that none of the other influencers seem to be repping ByErim lol I saw a couple of them last year promote her oil then they all just vanished. If it was the ultimate hair oil I would expect all the Indian Influencer raving about it, but they all did one stint then never heard anything again.

Here she goes again with the online abuse. I’m going to go on a little rant here because I’m sick of it so bare with me.
First of all, I don’t get what the issue with gossip (not hate) forums is anyway. Would erim rather us comment this under her insta posts. We criticise her outside of her social media accounts. I understand complaining about hateful comments on your social media and stuff but she clearly has a problem with this forum. Here’s a tip for you Erim- don’t read it. To me this is the same as when i gossip with my friends about influencers, i really don’t see the difference, and i don’t think we ‘abuse’ her on this forum but rather comments on her actions and behaviour. Just because we are not sheep and fall for her act doesn’t mean we are harassing her.

influencers like erim really see any form of criticism as online abuse/harassment. Stop acting like the victim- you chose to put your life online so obviously there will be people that gossip (especially if you are scamming people)

Also, has she not thought of the problems it would cause to get rid of anonymous posting. What a great idea erim. Lets out all the gay teens finding their feet online away from their unsupportive religious families. Lets allow governments to prosecute human rights activists.

THISSS. Harassment is when someone is doing it to you directly. I don’t directly go onto her Instagram and troll her. I don’t make fake accounts to send her hate. This is literally a website which allows freedom for people to talk about whoever they want and express THEIR opinion. Erim actively CHOOSES to open this website and reads the comments. Just like on IG where she deletes and blocks the people that give her hate, she can do exactly the same thing with this website. But the girl is so weird, that she’d rather sit through and read all the “abusive” (🥱) messages on her. It’s almost like it feeds her ego. She’s happy that people are talking about her but because it’s not positive she calls it hate. If she was so happy with her life and so content with her SIx FiGuRe SUm oF mOneY why would this forum bother her so much? You can see in the attached pic that she claims to be using coconut oil... there are also comments later on where she is telling organicoilsbyhema that her oil is finished and hema replied saying that can be sorted. What happened to byerim being in her fam for generations like she claims? When only a few years ago she wrote she used coconut oil or oilsbyhema.....interesting...

When she started using mixed oils you used to share how to create it on IG too and then after when she realised she can make money from it she stopped sharing the mixture.

When she got the pandora collab she used to post in a sisterhood group on fb lives (which she never saved) that shes going to post a pic soon and to go like, comment and tag pandora coz she was doing all this for her sisters/brown girls and it's a big deal... if she was doing this for her sis like she said then why not do giveaway with the pandora stuff instead of selling it? She gets so much makeup yet she hands harneet an empty nars box and she made a big deal about it by posting it to her stories that shes so generous.... like really? At least put some makeup in there.

Harneet stated a cookies biz and erim only just shared it to her stories once. She could have easily promoted it more esp as she claimed harneet is a sister to her... she wasn't gaining anything from that so she never bothered. Another thing that pisses me of is she keeps going on about hating her birthday and doesn't like celebrating it but why do you keep talking about that? Like just stfu about it. I can't say who I am, but I know from first hand this is true. I'm so so glad that you're all seeing her true colours and it honestly makes me so happy. The fact that you've literally analysed her tiktoks like this proves that its not just us that were thinking these things about her. I've worked with her through her shoots as well and you couldn't be more right about these assumptions.

also i don't doubt she did either unpaid internships of some sort or if she paid them, it was def the bare minimum. and from what we can see they did for her, they definitely deserved to be very comfortably compensated. erim is too cheap for that.

Omg!!! She did this when she was advertising on hiring for an assistant. It was unpaid work but in return she offered access to herself and behind the scenes of being an influencer and growing IG. Yeh because that's really gonna pay the employees bills
